The room was very nice and mostly quiet. It was on the bottom floor so it was easy to bring things in from the car. I also appreciate the fact that breakfast was 4 hours long even though I didn't make it

The fact that the toilet in my room was running ALL night making noise and by the time I woke up in the morning it wouldn't even flush. Also, the temperature wouldn't go above a certain point so it was freezing for majority of the evening.

Staff was amazing! Friendly welcoming and on point! Even pull out wasn't so uncomfortable! Location was great. Price was good. Would stay again but would request a thorough clean at booking.

Upon entering the 100%smoke free room..we immediately smelled smoke. New rooms better. The sink in our room was broken but maintenence fixed it quickly! Bathroom was not cleanest....vents were covered..door broke and bathtub leaked. It would be better with Individually wrapped place wear and silverware In kitchenette. Dishes were iffy. No dish soap was provided.

The room was very clean and the front staff very nice. Everything went well with the booking it was as I had ordered.It was very pet friendly with treats at the check in desk.

BREAKFAST !!! Limiting portions, not a great selection. No milk.... I was on the second floor with a great deal of stuff and there is no elevator.

Very comfortable bed. Quiet room. Spacious room.

Pet damage on chair and couch. Peeling paint in bathroom, damaged sink fixtures.

The suite was very large, more like an apartment with a full kitchen. We were able to walk to a very charming district with many interesting restaurants and bars. It was easy to get to from the freeway.

The bathroom showed it's age. We could not use the fireplace which would have made it really cozy!

The location was good in a safe neighborhood. Room was well equipped, and room was a good size. Price was reasonable.

Some of the furnishings could be updated. The breakfast was very underwhelming.

Stayed here many times. Always reasonably priced and clean. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff is always very helpful and polite. Location is perfect. I'll be back there for sure.

It was central and near everything I had to be at. Very comfortable and nice.

I've stayed here many times over the last few years. It's just a good place. It's simple, clean and comfortable. Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. It's a good value for the money.

Really can't complain about anything.

Didn't have the cutlery set (spoons, forks, etc.) in stock. Pans, plates, bowls and other utensils were available. Nevertheless, it wasn't a huge problem for us. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
