The check-in went smooth. I liked being told what groups were there and they had pie back and a plan if they weren’t quiet. they were quiet! ;) The food for the evening was great as well as those THREE free drinks. The time was almost up and the manager stepped in to ensure we all would have our drinks. She also did a great job pre-bussing the tables. Breakfast was yummy too. There is plenty of room to sit and you’re not on top of each other. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The shower was powerful enough. The maintenance man was in the hallway and even said Good morning to us. FRIENDLY staff for sure. Well taken care of property.

We enjoyed the hospitality shown us during our stay from the fist point of check-in till we checked out. All the staff were so friendly. Loved the great breakfast selection and the kick back hour! So nice to not have to leave and drive somewhere to eat.

Not much I could think of. All was fine. Just not much I could think of to complain about. during our stay. Unusual to find a place to be so satisfied with. If there is one thing to complain about during our stay was that when we got checked in and walked into the room, there was a spot of food on carpet that was missed during cleaning. It was out towards middle of floor and probably something that should have not been easily missed. The rest of the room was very clean and neat, and we were well satisfied.

Very convenient location for shopping

The hot tub had entirely too many people, there was black stuff floating in the bubbles. For the amount of rooms it needs another hot tub pool area and same goes for the breakfast/dinner situation. People were eating all over the downstairs lobby. You have to fight for seating and if you get up to get more food someone will sit in your spot. It’s a little frustrating but we always enjoy the Drury wherever we go

Room was excellent, well equipped and had a bathtub as requested (really nice after a 10-hour drive). We were able to get a room on a low floor right by the stairs so getting back and forth for breakfast was easy. Breakfast was very good. The only thing I would add would be an option for hard-boiled eggs as those are great and easy to deal with as a take away snack. Liked having gravy option for biscuits and eggs. Also - the coffee and hot water seemed a tad on the hot side; definitely needed the cardboard sleeves. Great location also - we were in town for the OSU vs Notre Dame game and had no issues reaching the stadium or German Village the day after!

The only thing lacking was that there was no "market" to purchase snacks, drinks, sundries etc. The space was equipped for items but none were available. Only a minor annoyance and I think it was due to the first floor still being in the process of being renovated. There was also no luggage stand in the room but, we are noticing that in many properties lately and we were able to use the small side table as one.

Most everything was very good. Enjoyed the evening food as well as a hot breakfast. Room was very clean. Staff were all great!!! That is not so with many of the other hotels we have stayed at. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Even the construction people working there that we encountered were pleasant. There was no problem parking even though construction was going on. Nice large TV. Price was fair.

Not much here to say...if anything maybe the room was a bit small and lighting near closet was not the best. One other thing the closet rod was too close to the bottom of the top shelf. Cannot think of anything else at all to be critical of.

Loved the staff! They really know what “hospitality” means. Thought the 5:30 snacks and drinks were great!

I didn’t like that my room was located on the second floor of and right above the front desk. It was mostly quiet until about 5:15am when the staff started food prep for breakfast. Then it was tough. There’s about a 1” gap under the door and the clinking of metal on metal was reverberating all around the room. It woke me up and I was unable to sleep again.

The location to the Zoo was close which was nice after a long trip. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price which turned out to be very nice. It was a great way to start and end our day. We only had to get 1 meal and we were already out and about. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

There was nothing we didn’t like!! It was a fantastic stay and we would stay again if in the area.

the newly renovated room was beautiful

construction outside my room. in the evening when you would look out the window right below us the construction workers had there grill, chairs, and beer and would be winding down their evening. we had a toddler with us that needs afternoon naps. this was difficult because of the machinery noise. when we made our reservation several months earlier it stated construction would be completed before our stay

I liked the area, and that it was close to the COSI science museum, the Zoo, restaurants, and stores. It is being renovated so the room we stayed in was brand new. All of the staff we interacted with was very friendly and inviting. A beautiful breakfast was served every morning, as well as food and drinks provided at 5:30. Even adult drinks were being served. The common area was inviting and the natural light shining through was beautiful. The kids really liked the elevator by the main doors. We were not around for most of the day during renovation hours, but we were not disturbed one bit. The kids loved that there was a television in the living space and in the bedroom.

The pool was closed due to renovations, but it’s going to look great when it’s done.

Great breakfast. Supper was a suprise. Expected hot dogs and potato chips. Instead had a nice salad, chicken Alfredo, mix vegetables,etc. Really appreciated it. Saved me taking the family out for supper and spending 60 or 70 dollars
