Location was perfect for us. Value is good and was clean.

Property could use an update the older items such as the old bathrooms make it appear dirty. Our shower did not drain and when I started the shower a big glob of hair was stuck in the drain to me not draining is very nasty but it was only for a quick morning shower!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was tastefully decorated, a good size, the furniture nice, the bed very comfortable, all the amenities anyone would need were there.

The bath/shower had mold and I’m highly allergic to mold. I could not take a shower. We kept the bathroom door closed and didn’t get another room because we were exhausted and there were no king rooms left.

Front office staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to answer questions. They were available and provided prompt assistance.

This is my second stay in the facility. In both instances, there were not enough towels when we checked in and I had to ask for more to suit the number in our party. The room had two double beds, so I would expect there would be enough towels and wash clothes for the number that the room would hold. Second, during both stays there was hair in the tubs. It would be nice if the cleaning were more thorough. I recognize that things may have changed given COVID. I know it is hard to keep staff, so am willing to cut some slack as both times we stayed was since the pandemic began.

Great location; visible from the turnpike exit. Friendly staff that go out of their way to make a stay comfortable. Clean, functional heating system.

Still no breakfast. A pile of cigarette butts outside the door. Crumbs in drawers and brown splatters on the walls.

Location great for a trip to Cedar Point from the East. Reasonable price.

I was first assigned to a room that was not even made up from the last guest. Unmade bed, trash on the floor, used towels in the bathtub. Then I was charged twice, once by the hotel and once by booking.com, which caused me some hassle to correct.
