Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large.
Air conditioning blower fan made a loud buzz when switched to high but the fan would not change from low speed. Room got a little warm. There was no pamphlets explaining attractions or information about the hotel. Furniture wasn’t comfortable in the room.

The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The custodial staff were so nice, honest and super friendly. I forgot toothpaste and the front desk staff brought me compliment toothpaste at 11pm. The room was clean, bed 🛌 comfortable, pretty firm bed. Pool clean and warm, pool room was a bit cold but nice and clean. We didn't use the fitness room. We stayed in August 2021 just 1 day. Glad we choose this hotel.
I ordered breakfast at front desk a scramble bowl with changes, no potatoes, with wheat toast for myself and bowl of oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar for my son. Got a return call saying there wasn't any oatmeal, so I asked for cereal, they didn't have any of them either. Truck delivery delay. He offered small yogurt in place, I said my son might not even eat the yogurt. I picked it up at the front desk and gave everything to my son (he ate all of it) and I ate my leftover lunch salad from the day before. They did charge for the oatmeal and the tax, so I had them delete it, but the tax wasn't removed. It wasn't too much so I didn't complain 🤷.

Peaches at the Front Desk is phenomenal. BEST customer service I have ever had! She cares about people and saw that I was in need of help and continued to check on me after all was resolved. She is a true jewel to the company!!

It was a nice room. The beds were extremely comfortable, much more so than most hotel beds I’ve had in recent years. Things were clean even though daily cleanings were suspended for Covid. It was mostly quiet too. Some of the hotels in the area are a little downscale, but this was by far the nicest one I’ve stayed at in the area.
Parking wasn’t the greatest. Also, it was disappointing that the restaurant wasn’t open.
