DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cleveland - Independence

My partner bragged about the omelet. I was unable to eat in meeting all morning on both days. He was impressed that you cooked to order and the food was good. Which made his trip pleasant.

The staff was very professional and courteous. I am a smoker though you could use a bench and an area for smokers other than my light was out in the bathroom in room 222 so I had to use my sister's room for hair and makeup.

Honestly I just love staying at Doubletree locations. Choice Hotels was my go too but Doubletree is just so much better n was hard to ignore. So when I travel now Doubletree will be my go too if available.

The only thing I don't like is that Doubletree is not available at all the locations I have to travel.

Everything was really nice including the staff. It was clean & neat. Loved the computor/printer station. I was able to take care of some important business.(the cookies are a great treat.)

That the outdoor pool wasn't available. There was no notification that it was not available. My only suggestion is that children dominate the only pool. It would be nice if the last hour before the pool closes could be for adults only. Just a suggestion not a condition for a return. All else is so well done, We'll be back!

Everyone who worked there is so friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. In particular, Joyce at front reception were so welcoming. She made sure we knew where to get good food and gave us lots of great ideas for exploring the city.

I thought the rooms were pretty clean, but the hallways definitely needed a good vacuum.

The manager was very helpful and compassionate about my situation because Booking.com messed up my reservation he was able to find me a room at a lower rate

There was nothing the property was clean and the staff was helpful

Loved this place especially the bar I met a male bartender one night and the next night it was a lady they were both extremely nice. And, the food there was amazing especially the sautéed vegetables. Everyone there was so nice

The elevator was so far the hallways are a long walk.

It was very clean and the staff is so courteous and accommodating .

This was my first time at this hotel and trust me ive stayed at the other hotels in that area and this one is so much cleaner and the staff is amazing! Its peaceful and quite and they have an amazing restaurant in the lobby. I highly recommend paying the extra $5 a night to stay here instead of saving $5 and be staying in a dirty bug infested hotel.

The rooms we’re spacious and very clean. I love that the room smelled sanitized. We were greeted very well as we walked into the facility.

There not nothing really that I didn’t like about it. There were some guests out in the hallway that kept up some noise but called front desk and security took care of that very quickly.

Great room for a last minute price! Staff was friendly! Room was nice and had a microwave and fridge. Very comfortable beds!

Tub in bathroom could have used a second scrub and a dusting under the sink. A few mysterious green/ mucus looking spots on walls that could have been wiped a bit better.

indoor and out door pool HEATED love heated pools, also very friendly and a great location

could be cleaner, couldn’t see out the siding glass doors they were pretty dirty.
