This Red Roof is well maintained, located up on a hill, it offers a nice view of the surrounding area. Lovely landscaping, nice pet/smoking area at the rear of property. Rooms clean and visually pleasing. Furniture in good shape, not shabby. The staff/personnel were pleasant and accomodating. A variety of eating establishments within walking distance which is When I come back out to the Cleveland area I will definitely book a room here at the Red Roof.

A little confused regarding room location but it all worked out, not a biggie.

Great location, beds were comfortable

Not enough towels in the room , no trash can for trash , and was charged $20 for 45 min early check in .. never had that happen before , small bathroom

Room was under $100 a night, restaurants near by.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm. HOWEVER, there was a Stadium Tour Concert & a Baseball game that night & every other hotel I checked were sold out for that night., A manager? cleaned our room herself, so we only had a 15-20 minute wait to get in.

It was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed to feel at home. The staff was wonderful and made us feel very welcomed.

Was very impresssed with the cleanliness of the room, bed very comfortable . Front desk employeee very kind and super helpful. Was surprised at everything for such an economical room.

Would like to see more places to hang clothes in the bathroom. Having soap and wash cloth holders in the shower would be a plus. Other than that everything was great.

The man at the front desk was courteous but hilarious and kind and I truly loved that.

NO TRASHCAN,COFFEEMAKER BLANKET AND NO CLOCK TRIED TO SET THE MICROWAVE CLOCK AND DID NOT WORK

Husband left his phone in the room after check out . We called as soon as we realize it andthey sent a maid in and called us as so as they found it.

How the walk in shower flooded the bathroom floor . Also no coffee pot in the room . All handicap rooms should have coffee pots

It was really clean and comfortable. I slept really good. The walls are thick so you don’t hear the next room. The heater worked good. Superior King Suite.

He didn’t have access to extra set of sheets for me. and if I spilled something I would have been mad about that. Stuck with wet sheets.
