The hotel was clean and beds were comfy, and the complimentary breakfast, with coffee and tea available 24/7 was very nice. The breakfast room attendant kept everything full and tidy.

They appear be in the middle of some updates, but our room did not have a lamp on the nightstand for reading- the only lights were across the room from the beds. Suggest putting in lamp between beds with USB ports for charging devices. Also, there was a space where you can see a microwave and mini fridge were probably supposed to go, but they weren't there yet. When updated, that will make the room nicer for sure.

Nice location, affordable, met expectations. We skipped breakfast because we had other plans but it smelled great, and the coffee/tea available at all hours was nice. Staff was friendly in our minimal interactions.

The bathroom had an odor. We used an ozone spray and it was better. There was a large stain on the carpet and yogurt left in the fridge from the last guest... so that doesn't get cleaned apparently.

The TV kept turning itself off even you would repeatedly press the ok button on remote to stay on because you were still watching (instructions stated on tv screen) & also internet listed hotel as having smoking rooms available .... entire hotel is non smoking, if I had known, we would have booked somewhere else ... I didn't care, but inconvenient for roommate

The beds were rough, the bathroom was dirty. Not enough toilet paper. Coffee maker didn’t work. The desk chair’s arms were all tore up with the stuffing showing

The bathrooms needed some maintenance. The suite was actually two rooms converted into a suite, The sofa was outdated and looked dirty. Didn't really need the suite so was ok. One of the night stands had sticky substance near the floor.

The one night stay was great. We had entrance to hotel from outside where we parked. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Beds were comfy.

I didn’t dislike anything, all went smoothly.

very weird blinds...honestly the worst kind of blinds at any hotel I’ve stayed at. great room, but facing the parking lot w street lights, TERRIBLE blinds/curtains/anything to shade the windows. my biggest complaint for real

Location was excellent! The gentleman who checked me in was very nice & professional, I appreciated the fact that he took his time to answer all of my questions without being annoyed by me—EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!

Cleaning could have been better considering COVID. The tub did not drain & the floor of tub sunk in—it was a weird feeling, & the shower head was facing the shower wall & doesn’t move so it was not easy to shower. The air conditioner was not running properly, it was too warm in the room, when I took out the filters they were covered with dirt & dust—disgusting, but once I cleaned them it cooled the room right down, but this should be something the housekeepers should be cleaning on a regular basis & obviously they are not.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was for one night. I would say, for the price, the room served it's purpose.

Staff were not attentive. Seemed preoccupied. To be fair, I think the girl when we checked in was a trainee. There was a manager assisting her. Very minimal eye contact with the front desk personnel. Had no contact with other staff. The hotel definitely needs some interior work. Did not feel welcomed.

Bed was comfy, extra space was perfect, loved that it was 2 bath rooms which helped a lot in the king suite. Front desk was polite and welcoming which is a plus. House keeping was nice as well.

Lighting was not good. Reading lamps placed on both sides of the room.
