The evening 'happy hour' and snacks are a nice touch, and the seating area is large and welcoming. Breakfast is exceptional with many choices and made to order omelets.

The first woman we encountered at check-in was not personable and rather rude, and others who encountered her also commented on her attitude. But all the other staff were wonderful, even the bartender at the happy hour who was at times overwhelmed with customers. Also, charging $10 per night to park your car is a little insulting, since it is not 'in town' parking, or at an airport or resort. Just saying, it seems to be a little excessive to get more money.

The room was clean for the most part. Very spacious. Comfortable. It was quiet come night .

The customer service at the front desk was horrible. The man checking us in could not find our reservation so we had to call booking .com and they had to call the hotel. Instead of being helpful and trying to resolve the situation he was just flat out rude and after talking to customer service at booking.com he informed my husband that he did not appreciate being told how to run "his hotel ". Someone clearly needs to tell him how to run it because his is doing a very poor job. Checking in is the first place you should feel welcomed. He acted like he was put out while we were the ones that drove an hour to be told we had nowhere to stay. It's a little high priced for the service we received.

The room was a suite with a fold out couch. The kids each had their own bed that way. They had a managers cocktail hour from 5 pm-7pm where you could get free drinks. Nice if you indulge. Breakfast was served as takeout but it had hot eggs sausage and hash browns. There were also pre packaged muffins and scones, yogurt and fruit. Fruit juice and coffee were also available. We didn’t use the pool or workout room but if we had we would have needed to sign up for a specific time. A good system to limit the number of people. There are 8 floors to this hotel and a huge sitting area with waterfall. There are conference centers and banquet halls. The staff was helpful. We needed to get bedding for the couch and extra towels. The room was only set up for 2 but I had reserved it for 4.

For some reason we had to pay for parking strange since it is on a service road without many other buildings around. What do they expect us to bike in and park our car at McDonald’s. Not a bad area of town to need security to watch the cars. One would expect if you are paying almost $200 a night your car should be allowed to stay for free. My son was able to hear a birthday party still going on past 11pm he was on the couch in the front part of the room facing the lobby. Quiet time was supposed to be 10:30. There were crumbs and such on the lobby chairs but we stuck to our room and didn’t stay down there we saw it passing through. The pillows were real feather. Nice if your not allergic. Wish I had remembered to bring my own pillow.

I loved, the way the Young Lady.. Accommodated Me,After Booking.com didn't reserve My room for the rite Night.. The facility was Booked, she said Don't worry and Accommodated Me. I really wish I got The Young Ladies Name!

How booking.com,is very fast to take your Cash. Before making sure Your accommodations are made!

Everything else was great beautiful hotel, quite. Great breakfast. Room was exceptional had small living room also. Location was great everything to do in and around Cleveland was within 12 miles.15 to 20 mins to all. We really had a good vacation Lake Erie the Zoo, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Jack Cleveland Casino and Jack Cleveland horse race track drove through city to see the sites. Also Walburgers restaurant near Jack Cleveland casino. Ran out of time in 3 days missed the Aquarium the Christmas story house and there's even more to do.

Check in staff was not very cheerful or polite just a move on attitude said Thank you and no response no greeting at all. Our maid was very helpful and cheerful.

The staff was phenomenal and the hotel was clean and beautiful. The room was clean and perfect and the gentleman signing while making omelets just made the stay more enjoyable. The bartender lady was also really great.

The pool was closed, i know they are remodeling, so we are planning to visit again in the fall. The pillows on the beds are super flat and not big and fluffy. Their was no tissue in our bathroom either.

The cook at the breakfast bar went above and beyond. Honestly made the whole trip. He is a really good person.

The sofa bed was so worn out you cannot sleep comfortably on it.

The staff was Wonderful! They were joyful and welcoming. A great way to start the day. The food was fantastic

2 of the 3 elevators were broken which made for long waiting times to get up and down from the 6th floor.

Liked the location. Beautiful sitting area down by the lobby. Loved the complimentary breakfast and drinks in the evening. Friendly staff especially the chefs.

Sofa bed had no sheets or pillows for it. Ran out of toilet paper. Trash cans overflowing. Need a hot tub.

We were planning an evening at TOP GOLF, and were pleasantly surprised that we could walk there. The complimentary happy hour with snacks was very nice. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge.

The line for made to order omelets was too long for us to wait in, so we just had the food in chafing dishes.
