The location was great for our visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and other sites on Lake Erie. The hotel was clean and comfortable. WiFi was good.

The breakfast on Friday was not sufficient for us getting downstairs at 9:10. All else was great.

The room was clean, plenty of towels, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron. Good breakfast, a little better than most. The staff was super nice, helpful, and friendly!

I would have liked to know ahead of time that we would not be able to use the swimming pool and hot tub due to the hours only being open between 4-11pm. Our check in time was 4 and we had an event to go to until 11:20pm. Had to check out by noon. That was disappointing because we specifically wanted a hotel with a pool!

I liked how many pillows were on the bed and how comfortable the mattress was. The air conditioner worked fantastic! We enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel.

Everything was nice, but I was traveling with young children that wanted to go in the pool. We had check out at noon and thought we would take the kids for a swim that morning before leaving, but found out the pool was closed until 4:00 PM. The kids cried their eyes out. they so wanted to swim. That set the tone for the day because that is all the kids wanted to do was swim. I don't see my granddaughters very often and I'll have to say, it broke my heart to see them cry so hard.

The hotel's appearance was clean and modern but inviting. This was one of the first hotel's that I've walked into and been wowed! Customer service was on point and I felt instantly at home. The hotel's lighting was bright but not offensive and the layout of the room flowed nicely. It is apparent that planning and purpose went into this hotel's floor plan!

I had a very upsetting experience with customer service over the phone.

Your staff for breakfast were so friendly and helpful. This is so hard to find anymore. Every morning we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. The only thing missing was at checkin. I always thought members were offered a water for the room. When I mentioned a member she said it my number was already there.

The room met my expectations. Every employee I encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming. Comfortable bed. Microwave and mini fridge. The wifi signal was strong enough for me to stream movies and play games on my Xbox Series X.

Nothing really. I gues sif I have to nitpick it would be having to go to the front desk to access the pool. I get it however that it was a Covid provision so I can appreciate it for what it was.

The property was very clean and we'll kept. The staff was very professional and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a very clean smell when you walked in. The location is very close to I480 but I didn't hear it at night.

I was surprised that housekeeping didn't come around every day. I was there for two nights. Manager says they come through if you are there three nights. So I had to go to the front desk for some fresh towels.

Good free breakfast, better than most free breakfast. The location was safe with restaurants within walking distance. A Starbucks within walking distance too. Check out wasn't until noon, which makes it more convenient.

A chair was dirty filled with food crumbs. Other than that the room was clean, but the chair had quite a bit of food pieces.

The room was nice and spacious. The staff was responsive to requests for bedding. The checkout process was hassle free since I booked online. The breakfast spread was pretty good.

The bathroom tub is angled. I nearly fell twice during my shower. Trash cans in the room are really small, so you can't really throw away much.

Very friendly and accomodating staff .Special appreciation to the lady who manages the breakfast section .She's also the one who drove the shuttle for us to the car rental.Regretfully we didn't got her name .
