My partner had breakfast which he had to pay for only to learn that there was something called a room voucher attached to my reservation which the staff did not tell us about upon check-in.

Our room on the 4th floor was at the far end from the lobby entrance. It would have been better to enter from a closer location near our vehicle, in general and also because I have an achy knee so walking is painful..

The cleanliness. Staff was friendly, room was clean and big for a dbl queen and 2 beds. Haven't ate yet but can update later on that and the kids would like to see the pool before heading out. They do have other amenities some with a extra cost but I don't need those but overall so far has been really great.

That the breakfast included in the price is only to cover 2 per room and if my kids use it under 11 they have to order off the kids menu. So I will have to pay to feed 3 other people still. The lights are a little crazy you have a master switch as well so if someone is in the bathroom and you switch it off it shuts off their light as well!

was supposed to have breakfast included with my stay for 2 days, yet only received coupons for one day. check-in took a few extra minutes while the girl at the desk had to sort out the booking.com reservation, additional $50 hold placed on card at check-in

Our stay was exactly what we hoped for: 1. An easily accessible, clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. 2. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful staff. 3. The hotel restaurant was really good. 4. The parking was safe and secure.

Everything seemed up to par for us. The Holiday Inn Toledo-Maumee was one of the best places we stayed at during this vacation trip.

The bed was SUPER comfortable! They were very accommodating. The hotel was easy to navigate through, you didn't feel like you were going to get lost on your way back to your room. We had a small problem when we first entered our room, they made it right immediately.

There was a leak in the first shower of the room we initially were sent to. (As you see above, they made it right with us immediately.) The scrambled eggs in the breakfast were heavily flavored with butter. Those were the only downsides to our stay, I would definitely return!

Nice modern decor in the lobby. There is a decent restaurant in the hotel serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was big and the beds were very clean and comfortable. TV was large too.

We stayed two nights. When we came back after a day out housekeeping had not made our room up. We were unaware of this and spoke to the manager who gave us clean towels and a voucher for breakfast the next day.

Location was perfect as I was traveling to Chicago, and the hotel was right off the Ohio Turnpike. The restaurant in the hotel had fantastic tasting food.

I could not change the air conditioner from “auto” to “fan”. During the night I kept waking up whenever the air would turn on or off

Very clean rooms, updated and spacious! Staff was kind, black our curtains are an awesome benefit with kids, we were even by an elevator and it was still pretty quiet. Definitely going to stay here again.

If I had any "complaint" it is that the pool is super small- but I think there is a water park attached maybe, it was closed when we were there. So that might be why the pool is lacking, but we still swam in the pool and had a blast!

We checked in rather late, but the woman at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and kind and offered info about the hotel and answered all of my questions. The room was big and beds were super comfortable. The room was sparkling clean.

When I booked, it said there was free breakfast, had no idea it was only for two people. Made no sense since there were five of us that were on the reservation. A little hassle but they accommodated us.

location was perfect for us. we were attending a concert at a nearby venue.

the shower was horrible, no pressure, luke warm.
