The bed was very comfortable breakfast was amazing people was very excellent everything was taken care of when asked the pool and the hot tub was amazing well maintained and took care of

The fact that the price on the internet was different than the price I paid the price on the internet when booked was $100 and some dollars a night and then it was $97 another time I looked

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was nice for the most part. Breakfast was nice too!

Our stay was great, with the exception of the last morning. The staff should not make it noticeable or obvious if they are talking about a guest. Of course I confronted the front desk, and it was all denied, but when the other person you are with notices it and can see it happening, it's not like it didn't happen. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We didn't eat there, but we were very happy about the courtesy and help that the front desk people gave us. The room was a little stuffy and so we asked for a fan, and were immediately given on for the whole weekend.

It would have been better if the fan on the heating/ AC unit would run continually, or we would have had a preference for it to do that. It would help the room not to feel as stuffy, even when we had the AC on and down to 63.

All the staff (from front counter, breakfast prep, to cleaning ladies) was WONDERFUL to interact with, always had a smile and made you feel like family, not just visitors.

Our room backed up to the elevator and early in the morning you could hear it getting a workout, up, down, up, down. That, and the LOUD families (having no respect for other guests at 6:30am) yelling at their kids while waiting for said elevator.

Location with near by attractions, spa, pool and continental breakfast was excellent! The staff was on point with keeping the area clean and stocked during breakfast. The staff kept us informed of the hotel changes during our check in. We would definitely come back to stay....

Price could've been slightly cheaper and showers could've used a non slip rubber mat-we slipped several times in the shower.

The breakfast was a 5/10. That fruit was available at all times along with tea and coffee. The exceptional cleanliness of the room and the public areas! The pool was great and we loved that it was open till 11:00pm. The hotel was quiet.

The coffee was watery and quite flavorless. No opportunity to extend our stay with a late checkout. That's all. We will be back.

It was easy to find. The rooms were pretty basic, but clean. the pool and hot tub area was clean. the continental breakfast was more than we were expecting; a very pleasant surprise.

Not so much did not like. The price might have been a little lower, but even that wasn’t bad.

Nice walk in shower with grab bars. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Had a microwave and refrigerator in the room which was great. Breakfast was available and had a nice variety of breakfast foods to choose from. Staff was friendly and always greeted you, said Good Morning.

I liked that this property always has friendly staff. I have stayed there with family, and I took my friend with me for a weekend trip. The pool area was taken care of.

The bathroom in pool area needs cleaned more often.

A bit better construction, wood doesn't lend itself well to HEAVY FOOTFALL/TEENS RUNNING BANGING DOORS. For its cost, agood deal, comfortable and friendly staffmsde up for the ,"no I ses!
