Staff was amazing, very helpful! Overall property was clean and well maintained. Very nice outside patio area. There was no remote in the room and the clerk quickly got us a new one. When leaving, the clerk, same person as when we checked in but I do t know his name, gladly assisted me with ice for the road. And something I felt endearing, as breakfast was winding down, multiple staff members were sitting together eating, like a family. Oh, the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had!!

We had a pet, therefore requiring a pet room. The room smelled like a pet though. Like a dirty dog. I TOTALLY get it would be difficult to control odor but I’d think as a hotel they’d have something a little better. But the room was CLEAN!

This is an almost 4 year old Hotel. Everything clean, bright and shiny. The beds were exceptionally comfortable! Not too hard as we have often found. The bed linens are so soft and comfortable. They give you both soft or firm pillows. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Choice of eggs, bacon, Sausage, cereals, bagels, toast, juice, coffee, white and chocolate milk, etc. Served till 10 am. We didn't find any dust or mold in the room. That's important because we are allergic to both. The staff was friendly. Even funny. They act like they love their job. We will definitely go back again!

We could hear some noise from upstairs when they got up in the morning.

The room was great. It was right next to the door so walking the dog was easy. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The pool was heated and great for the kids. The staff was exceptional at handling the issues. Great stay. Will come again.

There were issues with me booking through booking.com and ended up the hotel charging me for fees I should not have paid since I did my booking through booking.com, so hopefully that will resolve soon.

Overall the room was very nice however the blind was broken.

My husband is in a wheelchair and the beds in accessible rooms are always too high to transfer from a wheelchair. The rooms are seldom on the first floor and the far end of the hall. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Not good if the fire alarm goes off. Accessible rooms need to be on the ground floor!!!

During your girlfriend's trip we stayed at this hotel and we were very pleased with the accommodations; the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was convenient. We were happy to find a nice hotel that would allow us to bring our 5 lb dog. We were on the ground floor and had easy access to take her outside on grass. There was even doggy bags and a trash container available near the grassy area.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Staff is always good to us and takes care of us.

Stayed here many times and some times multiple times a year, and they still didn't have my information about our service dog in system, no problem, but the guy who checked us in said i should of called about our service dog that we bring every time we come. I think since we stay multiple times they should have that on file. Then he didn't document that I don't get charged the pet fee because its a service dog but the gentleman that checked us out fixed that for us right away... ,but very clean and good breakfast and nice pool & fire place...

convenience of location

when we tried to check in, Josh at the front desk informed me that we had canceled our reservations. If he would have known how to do his job correctly, he would have seen that it was booked under my husbands first name and not my first name, the last name is not a common name, so he should have been able to figure it out. we then had spend an hour on the phone trying to figure what was going on.

Very clean, nice place and facilities. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice room and bathroom. Ours had a good size shower but they might have rooms with tubs. This area is so close to much of the Amish country we love to go to but also close to Walmart and some other things.very nice patio area with chairs, tables and a fire table. Just a nice place to stay.

Nothing was bad. The price was not as high as other places in that area but still a little high to me. It was during a busy weekend so they probably were not high.

We absolutely love this property! Everyone is also so welcoming and friendly and the property is always clean each year we have stayed there. We love that it has an indoor pool and free breakfast. This is always one of our favorite yearly trips to Millersburg and to Mt. Hope horse action.

I wish there were trailer parking, but so thankful we have Amish friends that live nearby that let us park our trailer at their house for the week.

We liked almost everything about the property. Very clean, the bed was comfortable and loved the Dove products in the bathroom. We were greeted by Raymond when we arrived. He made our stay so much better. He was very personable and just made us feel welcomed.

The breakfast was a little disappointing but the food was good.
