Property was very nice, updated, and had lots of amenities! Breakfast was GREAAAT❤️Loved the gym and pool. Rooms were pretty and beds were extra clean and comfy! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were not informed that we would be charged a $25 deposit on the rooms.I always use a certain card to pay for things online due to being hacked so many times. I only put the amount of money necessary onto the card so when they charged 2 fees of $25, it caused one of my payments to be denied. I did not realize this until we were leaving the hotel so we had to rush to add money to the card so we could get the bill paid. It was a bit stressful and could have easily been avoided had I been told about the deposit ahead of time. Other than this, our stay was GREAT❤️

This property way exceeded our expectations. My favorite aspect was using the Digital Key and Hilton app for checking in, getting our room assignment (which we were able to pick), and checking out. We did speak to the onsite staff to receive our Hilton reservation number as it was different from the one we received with Booking. This is not a 2-star hotel by any means. This rating should be improved to 4 at least. It's very clean, in a well put area (right off the main road & red light), and great amenities. My kids loved the games in the front lobby (giant connect 4 and foosball). They had a great free breakfast as well as pool area. Our group felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can't say enough good things about this property.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay. It was much better than expected.

I loved the amenities in the room. The rooms were clean, and many streaming services were offered, which I haven't seen at many hotels. I loved the style and affordability of the hotel. The welcome message with my name on the TV was a nice touch when entering the room. I also loved that full-size dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and soap were in the rooms. I have very long hair and usually don't have enough product offered by hotels. It also saves plastic waste. Great hotel!

Nothing, it was a great stay.

Fast, friendly service. Nice size room, large TV. Fridge, desk, comfortable desk chair, walk in shower. Love the reusable soap and shampoo, dimmable lamps, plenty of outlets. Location was great. Easy to get to. Restaurants nearby, right off the interstate. Love the snacks you can get in the lobby.

The mattress was slightly smaller than the frame so the edge of the frame would dig into your leg when sitting on the edge or getting out of bed. The breakfast selection was not as good as I expected, but still better than many other hotels

Over all good experience!! The room and hotel were very clean. The room was very comfortable. Super modern atmosphere. Plenty of breakfast options. Only 20 mins from Kings Island!! Big family friendly lobby with tons of boardgames and table games!!

The only issue we had was that one of the rooms AC did not work upon arrival. Upon front desk conversation we were told that they were sold out and that they really did not have any options for us. Upon returning to the room the clerk at the desk bent over backwards to see if he could find a cancelation for us to switch rooms. He successfully found one and we moved about 20 min later.

Cleanliness, breakfast selection, supplies provided in the room, amenities available, friendliness of breakfast staff and last staff at desk as going out door were all excellent.

Upon checking in, while it was very late, I had to wait, not long, but the employee came from outside which was odd. Also I tried to call the desk for additional towels, no answer. I then stopped at the desk to ask for additional towels (during breakfast) and no one was attending the desk. I could actually see 4 staff members outside smoking where the connect four game is. Finally one looked inside and saw me and came in.

Very modern hotel, felt very accommodating. Loved how they had hard wood flooring instead of carpet. The way the bathroom was set up should be how all hotels do things. Loved the TV mounted on the wall and just felt very at home feel. Beds were fantastic and clean and comfortable. Ooh and the AC was perfect as I tend to love sleeping at a comfortable 68°. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I couldn't find anything wrong with it, it's how all hotels should be standard. I will be back for sure no questions asked. Very very happy

There is nothing I didn't like!

I liked that the hotel was clean and neat. I also liked that they had friendly staff and a good breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy but my stay was above me we had noisy kids. These kids were young maybe from 5 to 7 years old. we got back to our hotel at 8 PM and we can hear these kids running around, stomping their feet, and rolling a chair around back-and-forth nonstop way until 1am. I did call the front desk but the noise never stopped. The next morning these kids are up and at it again at 7 AM we checked out at 11 AM and those kids were still at it , was terrible.

The breakfast in the morning was more than adequate, and the variation on each morning was awesome! The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean.

The fire alarm was being treated on one of the days we were there, which is fine. My complaint isn't really a complaint but more of a suggestion -- none of us knew that we were hearing a fire alarm. IT WAS NOT AT ALL ALARMING! In the event of a real emergency, the pretty little sounds we heard wouldn't have made ANY of us jump up and run for an exit! ALSO: I miss having a fan in the bathroom.

The hotel was overall nice. Walls were thin, but the sound wasn't too bad. The pool was closed the 1st night, which was kinda disappointing because I'm sure the use of it is included in the nightly rate. We started out pretty happy with everything, up until the extra charge on my card. The polite staff changed to rude when I tried to resolve the issue

Beware, they charged me almost $200 more on my card after I checked out and was already home. I contacted the front desk and the lady I spoke with was very rude and wouldn't let me speak. I hung up and called their customer service line. I'm still waiting for a refund....
