we stayed to here for a little vacation to Kings Island. Very close to the park and all the food locations around as well. The room was very tidy and the hotel itself was very clean.

outdated. the appliances in the room were a tad bit old but they still worked. The pool and vending machines were down but the Kroger is only 2 mins away.

Nothing really. Most of the facility was dirty and things were out of order.

It was very dirty, smelled like smoke and it was very musty. The smell was awful. The room was not clean - bathroom had dust and dirt caked on stuff. The floor smelled like dirty feet and everything was just overall grungy. All but one vending machine was broken. The refrigerator in our room nearly fell on top of my daughter when she tried to open the door.

The price was good

The room smell bad the furniture was extremely old and worn there was an electrical plug cover broken in half which was dangerous there was a roach on the bed and a toilet brush left out in the bathroom

It was extremely dirty, did not offer the amenities listed, and I was not given the room that I paid for. The staff said that it was the last one left, so I had to "take it or leave it". They also collected an additional $250 deposit upon checking in. The sheets were stained with blood.

Less than 2 miles to venue.

I’m handicapped and booked a HA room. At check-in, they don’t have any HA rooms! Well, if I booked it, it should have been. I could not cancel my reservation as I would have lost almost $200, and I was not sure if I could find other accommodations. There were empty alcohol bottles in the draws; the pillows for a king size bed were throw pillows. The employees, who aren’t HA, parked in HA parking. There were only 2 HA spaces and they parked in one and blocked the other by parking in the spot that your aren’t supposed to. There was no hotel phone in the room! I’ve never in my 52 years, stayed in a hotel room that had no phone!

Location is great

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and we liked how small and quaint the hotel was. However, we were not entirely happy with our stay. The first night we got there my boyfriend noticed that there was some sort of splatter stain on the wall in the stairway, something that resembled blood. Now, we know we cannot say it was blood or wasn’t, but that is definitely not something you want to see while staying in a hotel. When we got into our room the air conditioner barely worked and it was fairly warm in our room our whole stay. We also notice staining on pretty much every piece of fabric in our room, a lot of it was unmistakably BLOOD. Which is appalling and incredibly irresponsible for the owners to allow BED SHEETING STAINED WITH BLOOD to be put back into a room, knowing people were going to sleep on it. Also, the shower curtain looked as if it had never been washed, along with the shower curtain rod halfway hanging off of the wall. The pillows on the bed were the size of throw pillows and horribly uncomfortable. It also seemed as though they were going through some sort of renovations, or had just finished up, at the time we stayed and there were a lot of issues with our room. Our stove top was not hooked up or even anywhere close to an outlet to be hooked up, same with our wall mounted hairdryer, so it was completely unusable. Half of our cabinets did not have handles or doors, our safe did not have a key and there was no silverware, plates or pots/pans for this to be considered an extended stay. They had also not vacuumed under the sink or cleaned out the cabinets after doing these renovations so there was saw dust and general dirt everywhere. I have stayed at cheaper hotels cleaner than this one and I am incredibly disappointed. I understand if they had messed up on renovations because they are just starting out, but there is no excuse for the level of uncleanliness in this hotel.

The rooms were big. Fairly comfortable and clean

There was a $250 deposit which was not told to me at all until I checked in. The deposit was way easy more than what our room costs. Will never ever go back to this hotel!
