Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Cincinnati North - Liberty Way, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was good but average.

Our car was parked at the front entrance and someone wrote on all the windows in what appeared to be red lipstick. We are from out of the state so it was the wrong car!! Things written do not need to be repeated. It surprised us that being so close to the front door and under the lights and on camera someone was so bold to do this. Either it was someone staff knew or the area is becoming not such a good area. All staff should be on alert and report any misbehavior, if not and the area is unsafe and word gets out, it will ruin a business!!

The breakfast is really good. Everything was extremely clean. Love the glass shower doors. Your employees are extremely helpful.

The only bad thing was that the lady that checked us in put us in a room that wasn't supposed to be used. So the keys she gave us didn't work. We had to move to a different room. One if the other workers saw us trying to get into the room & she went out of her way to go back downstairs & fix the problem for us & took us to the room we were supposed to have. But overall not a big deal.

This place was fabulous!! Kudos to Marquise the front desk clerk who was extremely helpful in getting out reservation dates changed. From the staff the cleanliness and the breakfast were fantastic. Thank you staff. Kathy Prewitt was in room 322 july.13 and 14 2023

Everything was fantastic

This hotel is great, wonderful breakfast, nice size room and extremely large bathroom. The staff are always very friendly too.

I think our bathroom was only 1/2 cleaned. Tub and toilet were skipped but thankfully they weren't dirty

I was told at check in the room would be cleaned and new linens delivered if I didn't put out the skip sign on the door. I was gone all day and yet when I returned the room made was not made up and there were no clean towels

The breakfast was pretty gross the eggs and sausage were pretty bad. I was excited to hear there was a hot breakfast but was quickly disappiointed.

The hotel is gorgeous The bathroom is very roomy which is very rare. There is a full breakfast with lots of options and it was great. Looking forward to staying here again. Really convenient too.

Nothing negative to say

Room was pretty and very clean, which is our number 1 requirement. :-)

Hot water was an issue. We inquired both days that we were there and were told to let the water run until it got hot. One, we were wasting ALOT of water, and two, it never got hot. Was probably warm at best.

Great value for a very nice hotel room. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows!!

There was no glass turntable in the microwave. When I mentioned it when we checked out, the said they were aware that several were missing. ????? We did eat the hot breakfast - not a fan of cheese omelets. Would have been fine with muffins or bagels. There was only one large towel, 2 hand towels and one washcloth for a room with 2 queen beds.

I liked how friendly the staff is and how comfortable the beds are. I had a birthday party for my niece and they were very accommodating and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and no problems.

The pool was very cold Because the heating system was down. The kids did not care.
