Property was very clean and a great location

Wifi door card reader (key) would not work- manager card did not work either. Clerk had to charge the battery on the door before the door would open to our room- we were stuck in hallway until it all played out.

Our room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, everything was neat and clean, wonderful large window and great location.

The breakfast. For such a lovely hotel the breakfast was very disappointing. Also, you need a bathroom in the lobby. After a long drive, my husband who is an amputee, needed badly to go to the bathroom. He had to go up the elevator to 2nd floor. Sadly he didn't make it to the bathroom in time...He was quite embarrassed. A lobby located bathroom would have prevented such an embarrassment.

loved the location. It was so close to many restaurants & shopping. The indoor pool was amazing & loved the rain shower. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly & helpful.

I loved everything.

Everything was nice! We didn’t make it to the breakfast because I was getting married the next day!

I told the lady when we checked in I had already paid and showed her the money that came out of my bank account and she still ended up charging me for one of the rooms I already paid for.

I didn’t like the hot tub had been covered up. Just wish that would have been something that was made known before the stay. It was a nice indoor/outdoor hot tub that we’ve utilized every time we have stayed there.

The staff was fast and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower was small. I wasn't a fan of the sliding door for the toilet, you can hear what the other person is doing in there quite loudly.

The rooms were so comfortable, clean and smelled great! We live only a few miles away but it was my birthday and we wanted to have a fun relaxing weekend and it was just that. The rooms were so comfortable, in fact, we canceled our movie and dinner plans and just stayed in the hotel! The pool was awesome, and the hot tub was divine. Good breakfast too! Especially considering COVID has reduced many breakfasts throughout hotels. The shower was GREAT, like spa version waterfall!

I was bummed that the hotel restaurant/bistro was closed. I was looking forward to eating there, but there are lots of options outside. They just all close kind of early & are very busy.

young girl working breakfast bar charged us for breakfast even after I tried to bring to her attention. seemed irritated with me. however, front desk staff took care of the problem without problem.

GREAT location with tons of amenities. Everything was very convenient and the hotel was beautiful. We will definitely be back. I will recommend this to everybody coming to the area!!!

It was a minor inconvenience that the hardtop was down. But that can't be helped. I would not let this affect my next day. There's nothing else I would change. What a great hotel!!
