It was a studio with a small kitchen, eating area, and sitting area. Great air conditioning and temperature control. The AC was a little noisy, but created a white noise that blocked the sounds of most others guests. It was very quiet. nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Decent coffee and grab and go breakfast included.

It was not very well cleaned and had an odor when I got there. I cleaned a little and bought some air freshener and it was better. When I mentioned it to staff, they were unconcerned. Also, no daily housekeeping during my 14 day stay. I had to go to the front desk if I needed a roll of TP or wanted a clean towel.

I shouldn't have to pay extra for secure and safe wifi that is why I never use it. And it is so slow it is pointless. For the money I pay for the room this should be included. My room is nice but for a night shift worker there needs to be better options to black out the rooms. If the light floods in around the curtains they are pointless.

Better black out options for a night shift worker. Please find a way to cap the windows and attach the edges to the wall. Or put a blind inside the window sills. The amount of light that floods into the rooms in wonderful if you work days but I work nights so it is very problematic.

Convenient location

Upon check in. The desk attendent was doing small talk with an existing client. She did not greet me, or say I'll be with you in a minute. It was like i was not there. I was waiting patiently for about 5 minutes. I finally interrupted and asked if I can check in. She responded as soon as I am finished with her. The client said no go ahead and check him in, I've got to go to the bathroom.. The attendent checked me in, but was not kind.

The staff was super friendly! The room exceeded expectations in what it had...a dishwasher, full fridge and stove/oven! Parking was convenient and the location was perfect! It was an older place but updated. There were some evidence of water damage etc. but it didn't bother us at all! Cleanliness is more important than aesthetics and it was clean!

Being on the first floor, we heard everything around us and above us, including the people walking above. Luckily everybody kept our same schedule but I could see where that would be a problem if you had some late night partiers or early morning individuals.

No longer offer breakfast which was disappointing as it said it was included on booking. Stairways has cigar and cigarette butts on the carpeted steps that clearly burned the carpet so it could have been a fire hazard. The front desk was made aware but they were never cleaned up. the first room was missing the table to eat at but the second room was amazing and comfortable. We had no trouble switching after notifying the front desk they were great. Overall it was a great stay.

We were surprised at how spacious the rooms were. We really enjoyed having a space to relax on the couch, eat at a table and generally move around. The property was nice and well-maintained.

There were no spaces to sit outside. The weather was beautiful for this time of year, and we would have liked to relax outside, but there was not anything available. We also had to ask for extras, such as only 1 roll of toilet paper, the conditioner and shower gel in the shower were empty and walk all the way to the desk to exchange towels.

the setting was quiet and beautiful. it was close to our destination. I liked the kitchenette. bed was comfortable. we were there for a family wedding so it was a very busy weekend, we didn’t get to enjoy much time relaxing in the room but it was a breath of fresh air when we were there! it does have several nice restaurants close by as well as shopping areas.

I would have preferred a ground level room. I would know better and request this for another time, I wasn’t thinking about it being an outside entrance. the floor didn’t look like it had been well swept or that the sweeper wasn’t picking up well. there seemed to be fuzz pieces a a red strand of yarn on the floor. we noticed candle wax on the right side of the tv stand/dresser on the floor and carpet. building 10 room 1023.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years. The cleanliness of the facilities has gone down significantly, from acceptable to poor and untenable. The hallways are dirty and were never vacuumed or cleaned during our 11 night stay. Debris was left on the sidewalks and parking lots. The office staff are accommodating, but severely understaffed there and in housekeeping.

How well the outside was lit and as a single coming back late at night no complaints. Loved the full size refrigerator/ freezer. Full size microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven. Bed was very comfortable.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like

Rooms were clean; All the 3 rooms were co-located - so special thanks to the staff for managing it such; Just had a 6 hours or so of overnight stay and it worked out well; Location was close to the highway as we were driving down to VA

Check-in staff was nice but needs more training - seemed a bit nervous and confuse regarding the paperwork needed; Ended up blocking $100 per room (total $300) on my CC and I am told it will be released after 15 or so days --- that was something I did not like and do not recall when was the last time a facility did this for any of our bookings; Finally this facility has multiple buildings so access from one building to another (and to the main reception) is from outside, which can be a bit inconvenient especially during winter
