Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield, an IHG Hotel

It is a convenient location. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Also nice to have a restaurant and bar inside the hotel with space to spend time with other guests in your party.

I did not have access to the controls on my air conditioning unit. The breakfast buffet was pretty lackluster. My room had a conjoining door with another room, even as a premium king room.

Hotel is nice and clean, everything looks new.

There was no breakfast because was Labor Day and the restaurant was closed. Very disappointing considering I paid upfront for it. They had a little bit of food in the lobby and was first come first served. I had to go and have breakfast somewhere else.It was my second time staying at this hotel and I booked it for the breakfast!

Staff, (front desk), Sue specifically, was awesome. She was kind, helpful, funny and happy at 10 pm. The renovation of the floor and the room we stayed in was excellent, very nice and comfortable. I told my sister when she comes to town to stay here. It was that nice.

The only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was not good at all. Maybe a different shower head would help but it was the only negative thing that stood out.

Very clean, comfortable, updated room. We slept great! We loved the restaurant, very nice breakfast buffet (not your usual hotel breakfast buffet), lots of selection of many hot items: eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, fried potatoes, pancakes. Just a wonderful breakfast with great service in beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend this hotel! It was also near the interstate so good for us while traveling.

Location, friendly staff, clean quiet room, very nice restaurant and bar on site

We stayed 2 nights. Cleaning staff never visited our room to pick up used towels or replenish our coffee. This hotel would definitely gotten a 10 rating if these things had been done.

First world problem, but the AC is not able to stay on, and the room gets very stale and it was hard to sleep. I prefer having the air (or fan) run all night, not stop and start.

The Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very nice.

I paid for the breakfast with my room but the restaurant was closed due to some water damage over night and I couldn’t stay and wait for them to open so we didn’t get breakfast and I didn’t get my money back.

The staff was very nice and polite, and the staff in the restaurant was also so friendly. The staff member in the restaurant named Joe was so awesome and he took the time to socialize with us and make my family feel welcomed their at the hotel, we were their for a funeral.

Not much, only that there are no vents in the bathroom, that was the first time I had ever not had vents. Also we had to pay for breakfast I feel that a small breakfast could had been provided to guest, and your restaurant is not opened on weekends so we had to get food away from the hotel.

rooms recently renovated so super clean and nice. decent restaurant with bar onsite where we had dinner and breakfast. staff very pleasant.

pool and fitness center were still under renovation so not available on this early July 2022 stay. this is not a free breakfast hotel.

Despite updates that are taking place, hotel was very quiet. Beds were comfortable and the blackout shades were excellent.

Although staff was friendly, they were always at the front desk if you needed help so you would have to wait for someone to come back.
