breakfast was stone cold...all items were cold and i'm surprised the health dept. allows this. half cooked sausage patties and bacon strips...watered down juices..very poor experience. better off at mcdonalds down the street.the hotel was taken over by

the hotel was literally taken over by baseball teams and the general hotel guests couldn't use the pool or the lounge area. if we had been warned about them being there we would have stayed elsewhere where we could use the facilities...they all seemed to be having a good time that Iwas paying for'''

Free breakfast was good and a money-saver. Coffee choices very good, including very hot water. I lokes how quiet we could make the room with a portable fan.

Booking.com didnt ensure that your staff saw that I paid fully up front. So booking.com needs to better communicate with your front desks. Possibly put another TP toll in rooms when folks are staying 5 nights. That's all.

Centrally located, 24/7 Check-In, very professional, friendly staff, impeccably clean rooms, great value for the price, clean sheets, beautiful, spacious bathrooms.

It happened to look like about 2/3's of the parking lot was under construction. As a result, finding parking (even after 12am) was a challenge. My mother and I ended up having to park considerably far from the main entrance and walk around the building with our luggage in the cold. I imagine the construction meant that they're working on the issue though!

Very convenient location for anyone visiting Cedar Point, or for someone needing lodging before going on to places like Lakeside or one of the Lake Erie islands for a longer stay. Also lots of shopping and dining a short drive from the hotel.

Some parts of the building, particularly public areas, were showing signs of age, and there could have been a bit wider selection of breakfast items. But these things are minor and should not discourage anyone from staying there.

the room very clean .. the bed/pillows were wonderful.. the wastebaskets were nice and heavy not cheap plastic..the lighting on desk and bedside were nice and low-key not glaring.. the water pressure in shower was good!

only thing is there could be more flushing power in the toilet and the shower floor width is just a bit narrow and a little slick.

I can’t express the level of service and friendliness of the staff! They went out of their way to get me a few items I needed as well as getting us into our room a little earlier. Really exceeded my expectations. Staff was super friendly. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfortable. What I love most about it is that they have coffee and tea available in the lobby, and a complementary breakfast! I will definitely be back this was my second time staying at the Hampton , Sandusky and remember it as being a great experience as a first!

Room was comfortable. I was happy that the air conditioner was not on full blast when we arrived. We were able to check in a little early. Close enough to Put in Bay. Sandusky Ohio was a friendly town - not too small for a short get away from Michigan.

I wasn't able to pay cash upon checking out of the hotel.

Staff were excellent, especially our breakfast lady Ashlie. She was made sure food was replenished in time and the breakfast area was clean at all times. She was welcoming and always smiling. The front desk people were excellent too and always willing to assist.

The A/C unit needs to be replaced.

Very nice and clean hotel. First time staying at Hampton and was not disappointed. Adding this hotels to our hotel list :) Good breakfast (same breakfast they offer at any hotel but higher quality of food), well maintained hotel and friendly staff

Well I was upset that I had to pay a 50 dollars despot which I never do about it from the property when they email me so I grab the wrong card and I could not pay them cash I had to go 15 miles to a bank and put money I On the card not happy at all
