The location is great! Very close to cedar point. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Pool was also very clean. Had a great stay n we will stay again on future family trips to Cedar Point.

the rooms and beds were small, they put us in the back not because of being too crowded, the tv didn’t work

easy on and off Highway

only first floor rooms available second floor being remodeled but a massive pile of trash & carpet etc piled up near front doors where you check in. Was ONLY ONE handicapped spot over 100 feet from the entrance as you park. The lobby was dirty, a overpowering paint smell, the lobby coffee machine was broken and out of order, the bedroom carpet was filthy and was covered in dark dirty stains. there was breakfast advertised and there was none available in fact there was no place for it at all. The owner was kind but I’d have left if I would not have already paid on line. the on line photo certainly was deceptive from what the facility looked like. Also, I had to pay an additional $2.99 FEE as I checked in because I was told in was “A Local Non Designated Fee” HUH? But he’d NOT give me a room card key until I paid it. The Key Card DID NOT open the room so he had to go make two more key cards that did then work. I should have taken photos but it no doubt wouldn’t matter. AGAIN, the owner was kind but firm - the facility was about a 40 out of 100!

Have stayed here many times, this last visit will be the last.. the kids had fun at the pool

We arrived, no one at front desk, did arrive about 20 minutes later.. next day we left to go to beach.. come back to get ready for the island trip.. key would not work again no one at front desk. We called number both times this happened.. first day someone called back..second day the person was there around 20 minutes later. I do not complain, I work with the public, but this will be my last stay here
