Comfort Suites Hartville-North Canton

The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. THEY HAD REAL PILLOWS!!! It was close to our family and friends so we could see them and not have to make the commute back and forth for back to back events. We live in Cleveland, so it's an hour one way, and we had a birthday party for my husband Friday night. Then, on Saturday, we had a gathering with friends for a 1 year old birthday at noon and then a 4pm dinner with family.

Nothing. It was perfect. We'll come again.

Loved the quiet, no noisy roads, near too shops and good size fridge and microwave in the room. Comfy bed, really lovely staff.

I love gyms and in photos online they have a selection of dumbbells sadly they have replaced with a cable machine, limiting basic workouts. Breakfasts, just a lot of plastic cutlery and disposables every day, really sad to see the amount of waste and nothing recycled. Could do with some healthy cereals bran flakes or similar with no added sugar. Also I would like to peel my own eggs.

They were genuinely nice, accommodating, well staffed. Lady at check out gave us a run down of area, the town and even the local team we went to see. Breakfast was one of the best, even served a cookout in afternoon (may have been the day) but we were informed we could attend. Very I mean very clean every area of the hotel. Didn't even notice dust in the elevator which was amazing. Beds were nice room was comfy. Definitely a return if ever staying in area again.

Can't say I have any complaints other than they have super fluffy pillows I like mine a bit firm. These were like sleeping on pure feathers

Was a great little get away. Very close to the Hartville Market, gas stations, grocery store, fast food. Everything was awesome

My sister came the next day and her room was huge and there were only 2 of them. I had 5 in my suite which was alot smaller. It would have been nice to have had a bigger suite like hers for the room.

The room was larger and nicer than expected! I got a great deal on the room. I was only there for one night, but I would be happy to spend multiple nights there. Nice living area and large bathroom.

I could hear lots of noises coming from the room above me, not super loud, but enough to hear while I was laying in bed and the air wasn't running.

The hotel was so very clean, the rooms were so well laid out, and we were impressed with the showers…I actually come from the hospitality industry…the efficiency of the showers not having curtains really gives a much cleaner feel, less upkeep to prevent them from the molding, loved the bathrooms! Also, the gal who checked us in and the gentleman who checked us out both have excellent customer service. They both genuinely were happy to have us there and had really fun personalities! Perfect people for the job, and so refreshing to see and experience great customer service. Well done!

The air and water quality in the pool area was a little rough (I run indoor waterparks) so I know that is a touchy situation and very hard to balance. If not already equipped with it, consider a Chemtrol to add into the water line/filtration so that it can automatically test the chemical levels and make the minor adjustments necessary on a constant basis?!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient to stores and restaurants.

Controlling the room temperature was a little difficult.

The room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable. The free breakfast was more than adequate. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Grandson enjoyed the pool very much. The hotel was also nice and quiet.

It would be nice if they offered more fruit with the breakfast, it only had a few green bananas. Everything else was wonderful.

I can’t fathom why this is only 2 stars!!! This property was clean modern and the staff was an absolute joy!!! We had to change our arrival time due to weather and they were great! We will definitely stay here when we are in town!

I have no complaints

I find the hotel very clean and comfortable. It's a perfect place to stay when you are visiting the Hartville, North Canton Area. Quiet but very close to canton and all the happenings.

Because of covid the breakfast bar has been closed. There are pick up foods and a couple of microwave foods but not to my liking. Pre covid I would like to see the breakfast open a little earlier for those of us that indulge in the flea market.
