The beds were super comfortable, that alone would make me stay again. The staff was great! We were there for a funeral and the staff was very accommodating to the whole family and allowed all, even the non guests, to relax in the lounge area while we waited for the time that we needed to leave for the viewing. Will definitely stay again when visiting family there again! Also great choices for breakfast, even a gluten free option.

The location, the room, the cleanliness, the ambiance, the comfort, the food, the layout of the pool and walking boards. The hotel it's been recently renovated and they were still working on it.

Our room was across the elevator and you could hear a lot from the chatting and noise people made as they were waiting for it. Also, from the room next to ours. It wasn't enough privacy. The smell of fresh paint in the room was quite strong.

The pool was very cold. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and the pool was cold. I emailed before my stay to confirm that the temperature was warm. I was assured that the heater for the pool had been fixed.

The swimming pool was freezing. The swimming pool is very important to us because we like to swim before bed. It helps the kids get their energy out before bedtime.

Efficient and friendly staff. Free breakfast. Close and convenient for what I need to do. Decent channel selection for TV. Mini fridge to keep desired items cool.

Could not adjust air flow of the air conditioner. Blows directly across the bed. I do not like air, especially cold air, blowing directly on me at night. Had to turn it off at bed time. Difficult to get water flow from tub mode to shower mode. Took several tries. Wish the breakfast opening time was earlier on the weekend so that I could get on the road sooner.

My debit card had been frozen on the way to the hotel (due to suspicious activity), so I requested to pay my second night in cash. The bill was for $124, and I tried to pay with (2) $100 bills, however, the manager could not make change for a $100 bill.

So happy to stay there convenient to I 35 , 1/2 way between our daughter's home in Michigan and our home in Virginia. Our 3rd visit .

Housekeeping only dumped trash cans and gave us fresh towels once in a three night stay.

Well kept, no funky smells when you walk in. Room was spacious and clean.
