This hotel was nice and the room was clean. Being just me and my wife we had plenty towels and toiletries,the bed had clean sheets the tv had lots of channels to choose. we found nothing wrong with the in hotel from the first day to the last , we spend three nigths there, the breakfast area was nice and clean with abundance of anything you need for a breakfast meal inclunding lots of fruits . The staff was very frìendly and very welcoming at all times. The only thing was the first nigth we found it very noisy from the airplanes to the highway near the property but then we realize the room had the window a litlle open ,once we close it the problem got solved plus we turn on the AC with made the place very confortable. We may return to Lakewood, Cleveland in a few years and if so will be back to La Quinta, where we feel very welcome. Thanks for hospitality.

nice clean comfortable rooms, staff was pleasant

location was fairly dark. observed drug transaction outside the hotel. watched as a female who was clearly on crystal-meth entered the facility without being challenged. some 15 minutes later she came to the front desk looking for the restrooms. At this point the staff challenged her and she left.

Breakfast was not offered the entire week I was there. A little disappointed because breakfast is one of the things I look for when booking. I like to be able to get up grab breakfast and go. The only thing offered was toast or cereal. The excuse was weather but the weather was not a factor the entire time I was there.

The only other thing was that housekeeping never replaced the sheets or made the bed the entire time I was there. They did replace towels which I do appreciate. I did see the sign that said they would be in every other day but they were not. I emptied the trash every day and set it outside the room because they also did not do that.

The STAFF! On day one, Jane, on the housekeeping team, ensured we had everything we needed for our room! I mean, she went above and beyond. The front desk staff also were great - never an issue when I had questions. I asked to edit my shuttle time (yes, there is a free airport shuttle! It's not 24/7, so call ahead to confirm the time with your flight), and the hotel was very accommodating. Everyone is helpful and professional! Breakfast was very good, and I liked the hours for breakfast (until 10 AM on weekends is great!). Breakfast options included juice, coffee, milk, food, a hot bar with scrambled eggs, a meat option, potatoes, a waffle maker, bagels/toast, cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit. There was plenty of parking. The facilities were clean. There was also a cozy gym - I did not visit long enough to utilize it. If you need to stay near the airport, this place is a solid option and comes at a budget-friendly price. One thing: pack your conditioner. The hotel uses Dove, a great product, but they currently only carry shampoo and soap.

We were here for a Guardians baseball game and the best thing was the RTA right outside the front door for a trip to and from the stadium. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We also appreciated the location for restaurants and major highways.

The breakfast typical of a hotel breakfast. And no hot breakfast on Saturday. I do like 24-hour coffee. The toilet in our room backed up and there is no "public" bathroom near the breakfast area or lobby I think it should be some sort of requirement to have a bathroom for guests to use other than the one in the room.

The room (executive king suite) was extremely roomy, comfortable, clean, and updated. The bed was clean, as were the sofa and chair aside from some staining on the faux leather of the chair. The bed was also the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The bathroom was very clean and modern, which was nice and unexpected. I’m used to chipped and damaged nightstands, small TVs with only basic cable, and less-than-ideal cleanliness in the hotels that I can afford, and this was the complete opposite with the same price, even with same-day booking pricing. The staff was very nice. Check in and check out were both very quick and easy. I am very happy with this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again if I am ever in the Cleveland area in the future.

A Fantastic Stay: Modern, Friendly, and Immaculate! I had an amazing time at La Quinta! The room was spacious and modern with adjustable heating/cooling. Free parking was a bonus! The staff was delightful and helpful, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Mixed feelings: Breakfast was mediocre with limited variety. Key cards were inconvenient, deactivating near phones. Staff was helpful, and the room was modern and spacious. Hope for improvements.

the breakfast was delicious, the staff was really friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and plenty of towels, air conditioning and heater worked perfectly, we enjoyed the washer and dryer on our floor, great location for everything we we’re going on our trip

disliked the loud airplanes all hours of the night and the foot traffic from the bus and train station. Room was smaller than advertised, and beds were very very firm for my liking, my wife loved the firmness parking lot needs to be cleaned up a bit

The hotel is right across the parking lot from the RTA trains which we used for transport in Cleveland. Parking in the hotel lot was free and seemed secure. Breakfast was excellent with attendant and cooks on hand to provide hot food and help with anything needed. Desk clerks were personable and helpful. We were able to check in a bit early which helped us because of our travel schedules.

Our stay was above average for sure. The included breakfast was above average, including waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a variety of other cold offerings. The hotel had a large group of students on a trip from Slovenia, and the breakfast staff kept up with what I imagined was a larger than usual crowd. The hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel GENERALLY clean.

Attention to detail is important. The second floor hallway was in need of vaccuming, and the toilet tank cover in the bathroom was broken. I think having broken items in need of repair is unacceptable. It sends a very clear negative message.
