Upon checking in, there appeared to be a booking issue where my on-line reservation was not recorded or on file. Fortunately for me, the front desk worker (Maryanne) was able to get me the same room at a lower price. She was so helpful and made a potentially bad situation the best it could be. She was so Awesome to work with. The room exceeded my expectations. The staff was accommodating, courteous and caring.

No issues whatsoever. Even though we were wanting/expecting to use the pool during our stay, it was under maintenance and opened the day we left. I was made aware of this during my booking so it wasn’t unknown to me.

The location was perfect not too far from the docks. The shops were easy to get to. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was clean. They have quiet hours so after 9pm it was very quiet. I was hesitant on booking this hotel because it didn't rate well. However the staff was super friendly and all in all it was a good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The parking kinda stinks if your room is in the corner of the property. We were not able to park in front of our room. Beds weren't really comfortable.

Beautiful exterior! Fresh painted buildings and remodeled fresh and shiny parking lot. Clean room with fresh new linens! Perfect location to see Natural Bridges and beautiful cost line. Indoor pool is so good after a day on a road! Staff is very friendly! We love the place, feel so safe and comfortable there, so we decide to extend our stay there for one more night!

Unfortunately, there is no microwave in the room yet, but we can use one in the main lobby.

I Loved how the front desk treated me special knowing it was my birthday. So was very sweet and caring and that is what made everything else great. Her name was Pixie, we will definitely be coming back. The room was something we could actually afford and with 3 beds. We're definitely happy with our choice.

The parking was a little tight but literally, it was a great stay.

We stay here every time we come to Brookings. The recent upgrades are excellent! Our room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. My family throughly enjoys the indoor pool surrounded by the glass atrium. Marianne checked us in for our stay, she knew my name when I came in, and was incredibly sweet and very pleasant. We also enjoy how close we are to the Harris Beach. Overall great place to stay.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. We had to stay longer than we hoped to, but they made it simple and easy to extend our stay.

The TV didn't offer a guide channel and the pillows were not good. One was torn and they looked dirty.

I loved how the front desk and the housekeeping were so nice they all felt like family and I love how clean the rooms are and how spacious they are I will definitely going too be staying there from now on we we go on vacation up there! ☺️

Great location near restaurants, stores and other Brookings amenities. Attractive, well-maintained facility. Room rate is very reasonable given all that this inn has to offer. Thanks for being pet friendly.

The location of the grassy area for pets was inconvenient. Office personnel varied in their friendliness.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Looks like it was recently updated. We arrived after 11 pm, and the staff accommodated our late arrival without difficulty.

Our room was on the second floor and there are only stairs to get there, which was a little challenging for us. Would have preferred to have breakfast included.

This is my second visit and both stays were very comfortable, clean, friendly and very quiet. Next time I will stay at your facilities. Thank you. Booking was very easy and fast.

Room 302 the carpet looked dirty and stained. I understand the hotel is old but room 307 was very clean looking carpet.
