Staff was extremely helpful during check-in, I had unforseen issues she helped me work around and find a solution. Management was very understanding when I mistakenly thought I had one more night, literally took me a hour and a half passed check-out to get completely out of the room. It was an unfortunate situation but they remained professional and kind. Granted I understood the importance of being out of the room as soon as I could.. Thank you, management and staff for understanding, definitely will be staying again although I'll be checking-out on time next time,.

The breakfast was very tasty. Someone kept an eye on it so that nothing ran out. Staff was very friendly.

Was not made aware that I had to ask for housekeeping during my two night stay. I was told that it was due to COVID and privacy, but I wish I'd been aware of the fact that I had to ask for housekeeping to come in and empty the trash, put in fresh coffee/water cups, etc. However when I did ask for additional towels, I got them very quickly.

Best confidential breakfast I’ve ever had! This hotel is right off I-5 and is a great location for a road trip. I was blown away by the amazing confidential breakfast! So many options I’ve ever seen before. Make your own breakfast wrap. bagels, eggs with peppers and cheese, gravy, hashbrowns, the usual waffles. The pool was perfect for the 40°C day! Cooled us right off. The parking was free and abundant. The location is near a great Mexican place down the road that was delish. The staff were super friendly.

The AC didn’t work and it was 40°C. We were cooking all night.

The staff was exceptional, room was great, close facilities to get food, entertainment. I had to go to a hospital on my check out date and they let my girl get my effects, monitored my my vehicle and showed genuine concern.

The location was great and very easy to access. The room was excellent and very clean and bed was very comfortable. The pool was very beautiful and clean with towels and chairs. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage and biscuits, yogurt and bananas and more!!

Very good breakfast for a hotel buffet breakfast, staff was extremely helpful/friendly, rooms were clean, ample parking, basically the hotel delivered exactly what I'd expect for a reasonably priced Best Western. Bigbonus points for being dog friendly.

Rooms facing the main road were *very* noisy.

The pool was wonderful, we were placed right by the dog area with our dog with us. Nice breakfast and two diners and one with a bar in the direct area even sharing s parking lot.

I did think more barricade visually from the road to the pool might be nice .

the hotel provides very good free breakfast including hot scrambled eggs, bacon and meat patty . Kids love swimming pool which is very well maintained.

one side of the hotel is facing a busy road intersection (including an uphill road)so it’s noisy in early morning. on this side there is a large garbage bin across the parking lot in front of our door.

The check in and staff were friendly and reminded us of the amenities. The location looks relatively new and the room was comfortable. There was a laundry room available for guests.

The TV would only transmit one station due to new installation of cable system in hotel complex. There was no elevator to the second floor.

Location was very accessible from the freeway, perfect while traveling. Breakfast facility was nice, good coffee, standard motel buffet fare. Pool was great for the kiddos.

Staff in the breakfast area could have been more friendly. Perhaps at the end of the shift their frustration with wasted food and mess was showing.
