Friendly and helpful staff, motel is a bit old, but recent refurbishment was done well. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. Bonus was a Starbucks just across the street.

Didn’t realize there are train tracks adjacent. First train going by was a bit of a surprise, second was no big deal. Short trains (Amtrak?) passed quickly. Wasn’t a major problem for me, just something to be aware of for other potential customers.

Newly remodeled and comfortable room. The bedding was clean and made my nights sleep great. Location is ok and convenient.

The hotel is near the train tracks. I heard one go be in the late eve. Not terribly noisy but don’t be surprised. The convenience of being right down town also leads to morning traffic noise. It’s Grants Pass after all, not a huge city, so it’s not bad. Just k ow that you’re going to hear it in the morning.

Everything...this is our go to place! Great staff. Location is in the heart of town where all the food is, etc. Safeway store nearby for incidentals. Coffee in the room is good! Easy on to the freeway in the morning.

Not much. For the value in price cleanliness and location, it can't be beat! We would like some morning breakfast items, but if it raised the price it's not necessary.

The hotel was in downtown Grants Pass, on one of the two main North/South streets. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, though a bit dark. The bed was comfortable (which is often not the case these days).

Unfortunately, the hotel was also next to the railroad track that runs through town. A train going through in the evening was mildly disruptive. The one in the very early morning (as in about 2 am) woke me up, as lumbering locomotives make considerable noise when on the other side of the wall behind my room.

Very clean, comfortable beds, attentive staff. I had better service than most Hilton resorts.

Very friendly customer service that really went above and beyond finding me a quiet room since i sleep during the day. Also, having shutters rather than blinds made the room nice and dark. The bathroom and shower were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The location is great being right across the street from Safeway when you need snacks.

The television was difficult to hook up my Xbox to since it was so close to the wall. That's really it, small nitpick.

Convenient location as it's right in the center of everything. There's a Safeway within walking distance with a Starbucks inside. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Not enough pillows on the bed, we only had three flat standard-sized pillows to prop us up to watch the movie I downloaded on my laptop. You can also clearly hear the people outside walking by your room.

We liked the central location of the motel (also across the street from a Safeway and Starbucks). The room was clean and roomy, with an easy chair and ottoman and a desk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decor was plain and simple.

Room lighting was perhaps a little too bright!

This was my second stay and, as it was the first time, the manager and check-in experience were pleasant. The room was neat and clean. The room amenities were fine, and the location was perfect for my purposes, with easy access. I will definitely stay there again.

My one suggestion is that they replace the desk chair with one with adjustable height, as the one in the room is far too short for the desk. And as the desk is the only surface upon which to eat, it was awkward and uncomfortable.

About a block from quaint downtown businesses. Safeway across the street. Nice counter in bathroom; room to spread out toiletries. It’s right near railroad tracks; I heard a train horn once but not after I fell asleep.

No decaf coffee, but that’s a small thing.
