my room was very well-equipped, modern and crisp clean. I liked all the initiatives for the environment and the plenty food purchase options at reception with free coffee! 12 min walk to Medford airport was perfect to catch my early flight

the windows could do with some additional noise reducing enforcement, i struggled falling asleep from the loud road. one of my towels wasn't totally clean - luckily could choose another one, and the duvet cover was odd, my arms got tangled in some kind of pocket i guess that supposed to be at the feet? also regarding the environment - single packaged soaps don't help: a refillable option would be better, especially for being located by the airport where ppl don't tend to stay for long.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at My Place, which was an unforgettable experience. We were travelling back from Sacramento to North Vancouver, BC, with our dachshund for my mom's funeral. Justin and the team were kind and empathetic to our situation. I looked online while travelling and found this unique gem that lived up to its impeccable reviews. Justin made us laugh upon check-in and went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for. Our Room was equally impressive, with a spacious layout, clean, comfortable bed, and luxurious linens. The room was tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and beautiful artwork. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large shower, plush towels, and high-end toiletries. Overall, we cannot recommend the My Place enough. The hotel's stunning architecture, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service truly made my stay unforgettable. So clean, comfortable, and welcoming! We stayed at several different hotels during our 2+ week family vacation. My husband likes to keep us on a tight budget when it comes to hotel stays for a family of 4—nothing fancy—we look for clean, simple, comfortable, and family friendly. It is always a challenge to find a hotel that checks all the boxes, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. This was by far the best bang for the buck of all the hotels we stayed at during our vacation. We will look for My Place hotels for our future family vacations.

Loved the idea of breakfast in the room, but it was listed on booking.com as served in the room for $5. When we asked at the front desk, we were told it was $7.50 . We were then told that the price had gone up and that they were going to have to notify booking.com of the price change. They should have honored the advertisement price. Also, how you choose what you want is confusing.There are microwaveable choices in a cooler by the front desk, and you choose from there and have to make your choices by 9 pm to get delivered to your room. Otherwise, you have to go to the front desk in the morning and get it yourself. The advertisement should be clearer. The lighting in the room should be on a dimmer switch. Too bright.

Sadly, cause of covid, there was no continental Breakfast (& that's everywhere. But the kitchenette in the room, OMG! VERY Nice. Never stayed in a hotel with a full size refrigerator/freezer PLUS an icemaker, in the room. Or a stove top. Beds & pillows where VERY comfortable. I was traveling with my elderly father, who has dementia. I told the front desk staff, and he was so ready to assist me, if my dad should have wondered from our room. Thankfully, that didn't happen. The only thing I would've maybe like to have seen changed in the room, was the lights. Very bright. Better bright than dim.

Hotel was clean. Check-in was very easy and the front desk guy was friendly. The hotel was located directly across from the airport which made it very easy in the morning. The room was actually fairly large and had a kitchenette with a full sized fridge.

It was a little noisy from the neighbors around 8-9pm, and I could hear people walking above me. I brought my white noise machine though and turned on the AC fan and was able to drown out the sound. The only other negative would have been that the continental breakfast was not free, I did not pay to get it but I do prefer places with the free breakfast.

My husband's eye surgery was complete by 11:30 am and the only thing he wanted to do was go lie down. As usual, we had reservations at our favorite hotel "My Place" but check-in wasn't till 2:00 pm. Desperate to help my husband I went to the hotel around noon and explained our situation. Eddy, from the day shift, was working. He went out of his way to be helpful and see that we got a room. He also made sure I got credit for my loyalty points which I hadn't on my last visit. We were both very pleased and thankful. Also, hats off to their cleaning staff. They are always so polite, eager to help, and consistent in the immaculate way they clean the rooms. Thank you, My Place

Excellent property. Staff was awesome. Both shifts were super helpful to me. The laundry room was super clean and a very fair price. The property was immaculate inside and out. The room was super nice. Excellent bed. They gave me cooking utensils and place settings for dinner in my room. The morning coffee was amazing. So tasty and fresh. This has been my favorite property in my recent past. I didn’t recognize the name and it was affordable so I gave it a shot. I was impressed over and over. I will look for this hotel in my travels in other cities and always stay here when I return to Medford.

This was our second visit in two weeks. We enjoyed our first visit so much we didn't hesitate to book again for our next visit. They offer all the amenities you could want. The rooms we had on both visits were clean, spacious, and came with a full size Frigidaire along with two stove top burners. They provide laundry facilities with 3 brand new washers and dryers at the lowest rates I've ever seen. Their lobby offers fresh coffee 24/7 along with plenty of snacks, drinks and "forgotten necessities". I plan to make "Medford's My Place" my hotel of choice.

I couldn't credit my first two trips when signing up for their reward program after checking in on my second visit.

I've been staying at this motel off and on for the past month. This time for 11 days straight. Close to the hospital where I can visit my father. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Eddie and Victor have been a big help and support for me during this time. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I feel safe here. I recommend this motel to anyone, especially if you're flying. The airport is right across the street and you don't hear a thing. Love this place!!
