The Staff (Lisa) was great! I loved the friendliness and willingness to help with any questions when I checked in. The location is quiet, and the loud one was the fridge in the room. I only stayed there for one night, so pretty quick in and out, and everything is working fine and meet the expectation.

The man who works the morning shift is excellent!! I needed to change what time the airport shuttle took me and he was friendly, efficient...happy to help.

The evening staff was not too friendly. I wasn't greeted as a welcome guest but rather an incumbrance. I couldn't figure out how to work the television and called the front desk but nobody answered and nobody called back.

Staff very friendly, loved the area and my dog stayed with me and the room was perfect and didn't smell like pets. I loved the full fridge and comfortable bed. Loved treats for dog at front desk.

Room didn't get as cool as I would like. I would like available coffee and cream .

safe location (not walkable but great for what we needed) the staff when we checked in and out were incredible!! infectious positivity and kindness! the room was amazing! great to have a space to get ready when others are still sleeping bathroom was awesome super clean entire kitchenette space and two televisions will definitely stay again!

Kitchen, frige with the ice maker.

Shower head needed improvement. Online stated breakfast would be served and was not. I stayed in a Candlewood once before where a full breakfast was served. This hotel didn't even have continental. TV in the bedroom wasn't hooked up but staff was great and fixed it quickly.

Everything was wonderful. Front desk were very friendly and courteous. Only stayed one night but my wife and I were surprised at how well stocked the rooms are for longer visits.

Refrigerator made some noise when cycling.

The staff were really friendly. The room was a good size, stocked with what I needed in the kitchenette for cooking and the bed was really comfortable too! Add in the free laundry and the fact that it was rather quiet (despite being next to the airport) and this was a great choice in Medford. There are cheaper options in town but I thought the price was reasonable for the quality and service here.

The a/c was making an annoying rattling noise that, on top of the noise from it already running, made watching TV and sleeping a little more difficult. And while I couldn't hear the people next door, you could hear the footstep from the room above. Also, I wish you had a pool/hot tub or were within walking distance of things to do. All negligible though as I really like this hotel overall.

most staff were very nice and accommodating. i loved the kitchen and the little store they have. also pet friendly which is great.

their payment system is very antiquated and there were some problems. most staff were so helpful but (and i may be wrong about her name) Laura was very rude to me. i extended my stay for 2 days, was given the OK by front desk then laura calls me and says YOU HAVE TO LEAVE SATURDAY NOT SUNDAY, WE ARE BOOKED. what? it threw all my plans off and made it hard for me.

My driver from and to the airport was AMAZING. Staff was AMAZING. Rooms were beautiful. Had a little shop to buy food and prepare in our rooms. Free movies to watch in the room with a huge selection to choose from. Several kitchen appliances such as crock pots to use for free. This place was amazing

That i didn't get to spend more time there. :)

lg pkg spaces, layout of room with ample desk, nice stocked kitchen, towels, toiletries supplied as needed and no extras wasted, nice bathroom, comfy bed,and on and on. very well-designed
