• Super clean despite construction (remodelling) • Replacement towels were always readily available • Complimentary breakfast • AMAZINGLY grounded and patient, kind staff, very personable. • Large grassy area gives the sense of having a safe, leisurely open area, but I wouldn't suggest trampling it. It also means there's lots of room to look up at the sky at night. •Love the view from the top guest floor!!

I would have to try very hard to think of any incident or issue we had, honestly. Even less social staff were extremely respectful and nobody gave me the strange, masked feel I'm used to experiencing with staff.

The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Everything inside the room worked, TV's, hair dryer, ac, fridge, etc. ... They had a lifeguard on duty in the pool area, which was an unexpected bonus.

The people next door to us had 2 large dogs that barked everytime we opened our door. It didn't help that the door handle was tricky so half the time we ended up just knocking to get let back in. The pool water looked slightly.... off color. Like it's probably the same water that's been in it for quite some time.

Lovely view of the valley from the 3rd floor! plenty of privacy and very quiet as well. I personally loved the framed picture on the wall in our room of a waterfall and river rocks! We loved our room and the breakfast was appreciated!

The sign on the front door on the motel says “masks required to enter” and no other guests or employees seemed to be wearing them at all besides ourselves. It was contradictory since it wasn’t enforced whatsoever. Doesn’t allow for immune compromised guests to feel as safe or supported. It may be better to communicate accurately what the mask policy is.

I liked the slide and the pool area. It was large and clean and better than most locations at this price.

The condition of mattress was very poor. When I spoke to the staff about it they were very accommodating and told me that they would credit me back part of the money I paid for the stay. They acknowledge that our room had been flagged not to book for a guest and somehow it was removed. They made good on their promise and were very sorry about the situation. They did what they could to rectify the situation.

Although the pool was not available, it was still a bargain to stay one night. Especially having the extra couch since the two teens dont like to share a bed. The bed was actually the most comfortable of the three hotels we stayed at during our vacation. The air conditioner was quiet and kept the room a constant comfortable temperature...this is a big plus with us all having different tolerance to cold/heat. Front desk staff at checkin was very nice and easy. Didn't sprak with check out staff other than dropping of keys and providing room number. Quiet night to get good sleep to finish our last leg of hours of driving home.

The pool slide was not available.

The pool was lovely the whole hotel is clean, breakfast was great. The mobility room is wonderful. There's enough space to be able to move around using my cane and most likely my walker. The bathtub has a lovely bench for easier showering.

Location was good and staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

Breakfast was not ready at designated time (6:30), so we skipped it. 6:00 AM would be better for people travelling the early morning flights. Carpets in Hallway need replaced, especially around the elevator. The carpet is worn out and taped. It also looks very soiled by the elevator.

Clean. Check-in convenient. Airport shuttle and park-and-fly free because I am staying on both end nights there.

I was told my shuttle reservation was not properly marked down for my 4:30 a.m. shuttle and that the desk clerk on duty in the morning had to ask if I had a shuttle lined up because it was not marked down. Fortunately, the driver was available and it worked out. Also, the TV didn't work. Im seeing this more and more at hotels.

I was really surprised at the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. You sometimes find discount hotels a little lacking but this was well worth the price.

The rooms were just a little small.

The staff were friendly and very nice giving us a different room due to the cigarette smell in the room we originally had, the life quard was very friendly and nice.

The original room had a cigarette smell.
