The White House Bed and Breakfast

We had the whole upstairs (which has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms) to ourselves, as she only accepts 1 booking at a time. Kathie cooked delicious hearty breakfasts to our tastes. She went out of her way to obtain fresh ingredients from local produce markets. Lots of touring tips and ideas. She provided fresh ice water each night with refrigerated beverages included.

Medford is located in the Rogue Valley and susceptible to the smoke from wildfires. This our activities in the area were restricted but our host gave us helpful tips.

Kathy has made this house into such a comfortable and beautifully decorated home! She made us feel welcomed the moment we first met her and we so enjoyed her company! She recommended an outstanding place for us to dine close in town and her breakfast was absolutely delicious! She was so helpful and knowledgable about her surroundings and answered any questions about the area.

We loved the Privacy and location of this property. The White House only has one guest at a time which allows for a quiet and relaxing experience. The front yard was also well shaded to provide a cool atmosphere! Our son loved the chickens and large space to play. Kathie was a wonderful host and was great with our one year old son! She also made a wonderful breakfast for the 3 of us. We will definitely be returning and recommending this Bed and Breakfast to all of our friends and family!

I was very pleased with the ease of finding the B&B, greeted at the door, had help bringing my things in. Felt very comfortable getting settled in and Kathy accommodated me with a plate, napkin, silverware, water so that I could just 'hang out' in my room after a long drive. My night was quiet and very restful. I had requested a breakfast of brioche with blueberries, bacon, eggs, coffee. Also had fruit and orange juice. Beautiful and tasty. I would very much go back!

Everything!!! The home was so beautifully decorated and inviting. Our host,Kathie, is lovely. Attentive,warm and helpful. Wonderful breakfast with care to every detail to be sure we had a wonderful visit. Looking forward to our next visit!

What a difficult question to answer! I guess the only thing I didn’t like was having to leave!

Kathie was so welcoming. I was greeted by name when I arrived. While having a gourmet breakfast I saw 4 deer walking in the yard!!! I read my devotions in the morning out on the porch with a cup of French pressed coffee and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. Thank you Kathie!!! If I am ever in that area again I hope to stay another time.

There was nothing I did not like. It was outstanding!!!

After a long day of travel and a late flight in, we were greeted with warmth despite the late hour. Kathie was inviting, conversational, funny and interesting. She made us feel like guests in her home rather than paying customers at a hotel. The house itself is immaculate and charming, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely top-notch. Plus the neighborhood was beautiful, with all of the very large very old trees lining the street and the lovely old houses. All in all a perfect stay.

There is nothing we didn't love about the White House. Medford itself wasn't our favorite place, but the neighborhood that the B&B is in was completely lovely.

Kathy my host met me upon arrival and ensured that she Would be available for assistance throughout my stay. The breakfast offerings were unique and delicious. I was only there for about 15 hours (overnight between gigs). I choose the Whitehouse because of its proximity to where I was working the next day and it was quiet and away from Rt 5 traffic. Most of the hotels in town are near the highway.

I wish there were more sidewalks for lighted nighttime walking. It really is a car oriented area.

Lovely home and hostess. Your party is the only one that is booked for the property, making it a quiet and private retreat. The breakfast and conversation was top notch! Highly recommended.

The mattress wasn't super comfy, but we both slept well.

Location was close to my clients and easy access to their home for work. Kathie is a delightful hostess and makes wonderful breakfasts. Only one person staying at a time was good because of COIVD. I wasn't close to many other people which was necessary to work with my clients.

Only make sure Booking.com let her know I was booked to stay.
