This was our second stay at this property, and have had a great experience both times. The location is great, the rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the lounge chair was an added bonus. Every staff member that we came in contact with were very friendly, and we were checked in quickly. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but my husband loves the 24 hour coffee and lemon water in reception. They are pet friendly👍🏼 We are looking forward to returning in two weeks for another Dr. appointment😊

This property served exactly the purpose we needed. A one-night stop on the way up to the coast. Room was basic but clean and comfortable, including the linens. They were kind enough to let my husband get into the room a bit early, as he was arriving earlier than myself and without transportation. They even provided a sheet and treats for our pup. Staff was friendly and we had everything we needed, including a spacious mini-fridge that was so helpful. We commend the property and staff on providing such an easy, comfortable stay.

The area surrounding the hotel is a little questionable. I wouldn't walk around comfortably at night, but if you're in this area then you're not likely here to sight-see. Between easy parking and staying at the property itself, this was not a huge problem.

Breakfast was fine. Dining room was kept clean which is very important to me when I travel.

We didn’t understand the lack of room services (towel changes and trash pickup) but as we were leaving we figured it out. Would be good to make it clear upon guest arrival. Staff was very helpful to let us come to front to get clean towels etc and housekeepers were welcoming when we approached their cart for supplies. All staff very courteous!!

Super friendly staff. Room was clean and wel stocked. Continental Breakfast was AMAZING! So many food choices.

Sadly the pool and hot tub were closed. Might have picked a different Comfort Inn had I known this. Also some terrible issues with the toilet not flushing properly, causing it to overflow on several occasions.

The staff was courteous and helpful, the facility is clean and standard for the price level

there was a mixup of the booking: the local store did not have my booking.com reservation, I hahd to call the help line to get it cancelled and register locally. defeating the purpose of advance reservation!!!

Breakfast was as expected. Nice staff. Loved the always available coffee and water in the lobby. Beds and pillows outstanding!

One suggestion: Relocate the toilet paper holder! It is not ergonomically or easily used behind a person using the toilet. Who designed this? A bell at the front desk would be nice to summon front desk staff

front desk staff were super. Maria had a great breakfast, clean, attractive presentation, great taste. Maintenance person was diligent keeping pool and sauna in great shape. Pleasant personality

Closet door broken, and we were unable to open to use.

Check in was quick and the staff very friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is great, plenty of shopping and restaurant options close by. They are pet friendly. We will be back.
