Well I liked everything other than you took out the coffee pots in the refrigerators of microwaves need to put them back in chain them down if you had to but that's a good idea for her motel cuz you need it other than that yes it was a good stay I'd do it again I have four months thank you

Easy check in clean room and grounds friendly staff nice shower hot water on point nice white towels and I was in a smoking room and that's hard to find even check out was a breeze and I actually extended my stay

Wish the coffee in the lobby started earlier

I never stayed at the motel. I set up for 2 rooms for my tenants because of leaking water. They found someone to repair the leak and never stayed there. You were so kind to give me a refund although my tenants never called to cancel the reservation. thank you

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and have everything we needed! They were super nice. And awesome. The pool also rocked.

Location is a little iffy (just off I-5) but it's around a bunch of other hotels so it still feels safe!

The location near the dog park, stores, and food locations. Having it be near the hospital made it easier to visit someone there. Made the stay more convenient because of location.

There seems to be a homeless issue near the hotel. Noticed tents set up across the street next to bear creek. Notice some of them wandering around in the DQ and hotel parking area. So it did concern me when taking the dog out at night.

The joint room was smoking weed and it was so strong and uncomfortable was not happy even with having 2 toddlers in that room.

Had plenty of parking and lot was DQ Adjacent which was very awesome. Had a quaint pool area but was Covid closed. However it was far too cold to swim anyway.

Seemed to have a lot of full time residents over travelers and the Second ice machine wasn’t operating. I correlate the two together because the residents didn’t seem to feel they needed to follow the please do not fill your ice chest rule well because they live there and are not just staying there for a moment. Also the heater was ancient even for the PNW and took far longer than 30 minutes to heat room on full blast.

Location, staff, price

The guests did not pick up after their dogs and two different guests smoking pot in the room next to us, and it drifted under the joining door

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff and service was excellent.

At 3 a m Sunday morning a man knocked on the door to my room, waking and scaring me. He said he was from maintenance. I told him to go away and didn’t open the door. Reported it to the office who said they would tell the night security person about it.,

The staff is always friendly. We stay here frequently and have always had friendly staff. It's surprisingly quiet for the location.

Beds are a little on the hard side but not to bad
