The staff was extremely accommodating, very friendly and willing to go out of their way.
Not the greatest part of town, but not the worst either. The staff and overall experience outweighed any negatives about the location. The facility was spotless and smelled really nice when we walked in. I will DEFINITELY use this motel again, without a doubt!

Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and immediate. We were road tired and it was late, so it was a relief to not have any issues.
Asked for xtra towels with the on-line registration as my daughter and I have long, heavy hair. We did not get those, but we made do. The noise from the neighbors TV, at close to midnight, was not appreciated.

This is one of the best kept, most pleasant motels I have stayed in. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.
The only thing I missed were two extra chairs around the dining table as we were a family of four.

There was a slight odor of cigarettes, probably from the curtains. They charge smokers if they smoke in the room, but apparently people do it anyway. The curtains should be cleaned to get rid of the ashtray smell. Honestly, it was not overwhelming. It was barely noticeable, but it was noticeable.
