Breakfast was amazing! The staff was so nice and made us feel welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was overall very clean, cozy, and well-lit. We loved that there was a view but the hotel was also located in a spot that is just a bit hidden from everything else, which makes it truly feel like an oasis. There were excellent amenities and had everything we wanted or needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There was a group drinking alcohol in the hot tub one evening (there is a sign that states it's against the rules), but that's not the hotel's fault necessarily.

The guy at the front desk was extremely nice. Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!! The room was nice and the breakfast was really good also. Would give it a 10/10.

The hot tub was pretty outdated as well as the swimming pool. Not appealing at all but if those things were updated, we would choose this hotel every time

Breakfast was phenomenal, staff were friendly, pool and other facilities were very clean. The fitness room was well outfitted and updated (full rack of weights, treadmill, bike, elliptical, mats).

At the time the hot tub wasn't working properly, but it wasn't the staff's fault. I just wish it was working when we were there. The Keurig ran a bit hot so it tasted burnt, I'm happy there was hot coffee in the lobby though!

We liked the cinnamon rolls, did not like the eggs. I am disabled and enjoyed having the handicapped room available for 2 nights. My cousin enjoyed walking round the block.

I did not like the eggs. I was not able to get the handicapped room for my 3rd night stay because of the holiday. They were having problems with their water system, hopefully they can get it fixed.

One of the nicest places that we stayed on our trip up the Oregon Coast. It was worth it to stay in a "name" hotel.

Loud music. We were on the "backside" of the hotel. A neighboring business played loud, thumping music ... but it did finally stop at 9 pm.

pool was working, staff was great! especially the kitchen staff. I didn’t have much cash on me but left her all we had! my kids had a great time as well! Thank you! The Hotel manager was also super friendly and nice! The Christmas spirit was great, too!

5 minute walk to the Aquarium! Room was very comfortable.

Reception staff was not very welcoming and looked bored, and they were rarely at the desk. Breakfast was decent, but I've had more sanitary conditions at many other H.I. Express hotels.

PANCAKE MACHINE in morning was different and Hot scrambled eggs and sausage Greek yogurt Then walking distance to great restaurant for dinner OFF THE HOOK great clam chowder & the candy shop next door!

This was the first hotel I had ever stayed at without a vending machine and we had a room with a very loud refrigerator

Probably the best breakfast I had at a hotel stay .

Went to pump shampoo well in the shower and the whole rack holding the shampoo bottles fell off and hit my toe. It was super glued on and I did t use much force, not well secured.
