I don't have a pet, so I don't know about the rules about pets. Beautiful room, well-kept. They are going through some reconstruction so access to the beach was a little difficult otherwise it is a beautiful location. A little spendy but value for the money. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The entrance off the highway is difficult to spot, especially in the dark. Maybe some lights showing the name of the facility would help. The office has limited times that it is open but they have instructions for checking in after hours. This is not like a hotel, it is a vacation rental.

Lovely location, large condo with 2 bedrooms and spa tub. Good quality furniture including beds and dressers.

The ad says there is pool and hot tub but it is under construction. Coupons were provided to use the Newport aquatic facility but I was really looking forward to walking across the street ..The complex is older and in need of some repairs .. e.g. there is a product that includes a white vinyl adhesive and caps to refresh the dishwasher, some of the electrical outlets are very loose and a plug won’t stay in.

Beautiful spot, the place was very home like and comfortable. The tub made up for no pool. The plate if the wall socket was broke, the cable tv was bad none if the channels came in. But I would love to stay again. Just like being home!

Clean and well stocked. Great view from 101. Close to a lighthouse which was beautiful.

Little ways out of town but ultimately that worked out. The 2nd bedroom was not a room but an open loft with just a daybed which was not comfortable.

Location was good. A little out of town but that is how I like it. Not a long drive into town for restaurants. I would stay there again if I come back to Newport.

I couldn't ask for anything better. It was fabulous. Very nice facility.

All the little things. Napkins and towels folded decoratively. Extra pillows and blankets. Fireplace was awesome. Kitchen supplies perfect. TV in 2 rooms. Very clean. Jetted tub was awesome.

Would have liked a better ocean view.

The Jacuzzi was a nice surprise and the designated parking spot. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was beautiful also. It was also just a short trip in to Newport.

The pool and spa were closed during our stay and the grounds look like they have sunk even more since the last time we stayed; one of the buildings had to be torn down. Nothing to hurt our experience though and we will stay here again.

clean, great staff, the only thing you can hear at night is the ocean. very quiet indeed!

we were initially concerned about the construction/remodeling going on, but the contractors were very courteous and only worked from 8-5

The condo was nice. They gave us passes to local rec center for swimming since the pool was shut down, we really enjoyed that.

The playground was old and unusable, beach access was almost non existent due to distance down and away from property to reach the beach.

When I booked the suit, I took the description with a grain of salt, however it really was a Suite, bedroom, large living room, full dining room, and full kitchen; right down to the gravy boat. I had a 10% discount with Booking.com so the nightly rate with taxes was ~&117. Very pleased, way more than I expected.

Construction from land shifting, can’t really fault the property.
