Wonderful stay with the family. The unit was absolutely perfect and we’re already planning our next visit. Well taken care of property and access to the private dock for crabbing, fishing etc. wonderful to have access to the crab pots for cooking as well.

The only thing that was tough for the fam was the swimming pool and hot tub. An update to this specific facility is needed. The hot tub was small for the amount of people occupying and we couldn’t get a chance to soak. Also, there was a rowdy crowd in the hot tub and they wouldn’t get out. We were there in a massive rain storm and the roof was dripping into the pool as we were swimming and it did drop brown water into the pool from roof runoff. The bathrooms and sauna are very well taken care of. There’s signs that say no alcohol beverages allowed. but it’s not enforced. Empty alcoholic containers left in the swimming facilities. Overall, it’s very nice to have this for the stay.

The view in every single room is breathtaking...truly! Watching the sunset from bed is something that I enjoy every time I visit The Embarcadero. Love love LOVE the "adult-only" times in the pool for a more quiet swimming experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Myril, the restaurant is romantic and had tons of delicious options for dinner.

The bed in our room was squeaky. And I mean SQUEAKY. Any time someone got out of bed it was loud and just overly audible for the amount of money we pay to sleep there. Definitely need maintenance more regularly!

Loved the room and crabbing docks

Didn't like the old guy sitting in front of our bedroom all day reminds me of a stocker I found out that he worked for a vacation rental company ,and he sits in his truck all day , it appears he doesn't have an office to work at so he has to sit in his truck and drive around and sit in front of people's bedroom windows all day. That part made me feel very uncomfortable. It reminded me of a stalker I once had. Other than that the place is great. Maybe that guy should get an office

We showed up 10 mins before check in time and the room was not ready. Which is understandable. However our room was not ready until 4:45-5:00 O’clock. We had traveled almost 2 hrs with little kids and it was quite the inconvenience to have to wait another 45 plus minutes to get into our room. The gentlemen at the front desk just shrugged it off like it wasn’t his problem that the room wasn’t ready. He was polite, but he never apologized or offered any type of gratitude for the inconvenience.

I hadn’t been to Embarcadero before it was nice, but the fan was too noisy I didn’t sleep well. I did not expect so many stars for me being an older woman with knee replacements but I didn’t want to bother the staff to change my room. I had a bit of a struggle getting all my things up and down the stairs. I thought the bed and pillows weren’t as comfortable as it looked. The shower was a bit slippery, and for me there wasn’t anything to hold onto except for the sliding door on the shower. Overall I would go back again, but I will ask for a ground floor. The restaurant Myrel’s was very enjoyable and the server Kourtney is awesome! I had the market salad and the scallops was very tasty along with my red wine from Oregon planet our planet Oregon! The room was very clean and had beautiful decor. The view of the marina and bridge were stunning. Check in and check out were quick and staff was nice. We didn't use the kitchen at all but it is fully stocked with what you need to cook yourself. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, serving utensils, full size fridge, coffee maker (byo coffee as what is provided is very weak), toaster, and even a dishwasher! The bathroom countertop had plenty of space to spread out.

Price point too high. I needed two queen beds but didn't see that option so had to do a suite which was significantly more. That wasn't what we really needed but my only choice for two queen beds. It was just one night as that gave me a queen bed and hide-a-bed. I slept on the hide-a-bed and while there was a little extra padding, it was terribly uncomfortable. The property itself is large and on a hill so if mobility is a challenge, make sure to ask for an easy access room. I didn't realize the layout and the stairs to the unit were steep for my elderly mom.

The view from our room was spectacular and the room itself was decorated nicely. The bed in our room was so comfortable, we both slept great! My favorite part was that the pool has a morning and night time hour for adults only and an employee was there to enforce it. Also the restaurant on site was amazing - we ate there twice during our one night stay.

It was an unseasonably warm day and there is no AC so it got pretty toasty in our room but it cooled off nicely at night.

View was amazing! Layout of room was wonderful. Bed was very comfy. Loved the shower - it had a shower hose which I prefer over a shower head only. Getting a cross breeze going in the room was key to staying cool. Bonus, sea air! Only thing I did not care for were the chairs on the deck - that is a personal preference - they were too flimsy for me to be comfortable. View though! WOW :)

Very attractive room. Small balcony with bay view. Big screen tv with good streaming selections. Nice walk to the port shops and Maritime Heritage Museum. Nice hot tubs: 2 and outside, in a walled area. An issue with the bed was promptly repaired. And you can choose what time you want the room cleaned.

Sofa uncomfortable. Table tall with bar stools and wobbly glass top. Brought in chairs from balcony to have somewhere to sit. Not an issue for us, but one should be aware that some of the rooms have stairs. Restaurant not open until late afternoon (and while a good selection for most people, menu not to our liking).

Layout: balcony with view of harbor, bed was super comfortable, very clean, all necessities for cooking in the room, coffee pot, tea kettle, fireplace, dishwasher, full size fridge, great lighting, comfortable couch, TV had variety of streaming services, provided plenty of towels, quiet location, parking right out front, private dock, crabbing supplies, pool, grounds kept immaculate, on-site restaurant.
