The location on the max line was great and close to the airport.

The Booking.com listing shows there is EV charging there. I only search with properties that have EV charging. This one came up so I booked it and it was non refundable. We arrived and were told there was no EV Charging. Also, the booking.com listing did not show that the property's pool and hot tub were closed. We were informed that their website did list that those facilities would not be available.

I liked the room and the view of the airplanes from our room window. The room was very clean! I also liked the location of the room because it is next to a Target and many restaurants too. I loved the swimming pool and the breakfast was pretty good!

We had a really nice king suite and would stay there again. The shuttle was not running to the airport because of Covid restrictions but the light rail Max stop is conveniently located at the edge of the property.

Disappointed with the business center as the printer was not working and there was no one who knew how to change the ink cartridges or provide an alternate printer. We were required to have printed documents for international travel and time constraints of the Covid testing did not permit printing at home before we left for two day stay at PDX. We had to drive to a printing facility at the last minute which was very stressful.

The property was right on the rail and Nathan, at the desk, was kind about helping me download a rail app. I got in late and they were very helpful.

Not any fault of the property, but I got in very late, after 11pm. Travelers need to make sure they pick up something to eat at the airport if they are late coming in.

Location was very good! I really liked the 2 bedroom suite with each room having a bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. Front desk evening staff member was so nice and even though she was by herself and swamped at the time we checked in she was so nice and pleasant and helpful.

The guests above us were very noisy - sound proofing not so great. We were going to call the front desk, but they finally settled down around 10:30 p.m. I think it was late arrivals from the airport with a bunch of kids - sounded like they were playing soccer with all the pounding footsteps and moving furnature.

very close to pdx airport. the room was spacious and very comfortable. when I arrived at the lobby it was during happy hour and I was immediately offered complimentary beer or wine to take back to my room. that was really nice

I have no criticisms this hotel is outstanding

Plenty of tables to work and play games,and set things on. Cute kitchen. Bed and couch comfortable. Breakfast was good and helpful in my stay

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and despite being close to the airport, the hotel is quiet.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite bad (all processed food) but I guess it's because of the Covid regulations. Also, the hotel does not have the shuttle to the airport.

We were only there for one night, so really had no chance to explore facilities. Hotel was quiet, no issues
