Predictable staff service, hotel experience and breakfast so it's a no fuss decision to stay which I have multiple times.

Super hard to sleep in a bed right at the air conditioner. Literally flows over your body and in your face during the night. Any way to divert that air??? It's enough to choose not to stay if there is another hotel with central air out of the ceiling or a wall vent vs. HVAC in the room. We tried to swim in the pool but it was freezing cold both times we stayed. Come on! It's summer and many fams are beginning to travel. Felt like PNW cold vs. getting reasonable and inviting warmth. Seriously - heat your pool!

This hotel hits all the right notes for a visitor to a city: close to airport, on light rail...Excellent breakfast, spotless and spacious bedrooms. Great bathroom facility and shower water pressure. Price was perfect for us for this friendly 3* hotel. We note a lot of families were staying and a few sports teams of young people staying at the weekend. Despite being quite full most nights, there wasn't any corridor noise. The added bonus was a small bar at the reception for a night cap after our days' adventures. Prices were right.

Fitness center and pool are small but they are clean and well-maintained.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. They're really the difference between 'OK' and 'OUTSTANDING' at many places and this is one of them. I needed a vase for some flowers and there wasn't one in the room. Went to the front desk; they didn't have them in housekeeping but she went looking herself and found a solution. All the staff were helpful like this (on the phone and in person). Bed was super comfortable, shower was fantastic, and the room was absolutely spotless. Bonus few people notice but is nice: The door keys are tap/contact. ...much faster/easier than hotels with picky magstrip readers you have to slide 3x.

Paying for parking the nights I'm staying there? While $8/nt isn't bad; it's still lame.

The location is great for staying at the airport You are in franchise food heaven, the light rail is two stops from the airport, and there's a Target, outlet stores, a Carhartt store, and an Ikea nearby. The rooms are very large and good for yoga, meditation, and exercising (bring a mat!). I like the layout of the Hyatt Place generally.. The front desk was great and let me switch rooms, which was nice.

The breakfast could be healthier and better. They put coffee, tea, cider and hot chocolate out in the lobby which is nice. A few things were goofed up in the room--a light unplugged, dirty coffee cup, clock radio in some other time zone, etc., but everywhere seems struggling these days and it wasn't a big deal. I'd definitely stay here again.

Close to shopping ( Cascade Station) and the airport.

They seemed to have a problem with ventilation. A dryer type vent was situated on the floor coming from a staff/ service room. It was blowing warm air into the hallway. when we questioned the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do about it, otherwise the whole system would fail. Didn’t make sense and made us feel uncomfortable not knowing what kind of air we were inhaling. we also found swimming goggles and a vest inside the hide a bed. Kinda creepy.

Breakfast was exceptional, and we're really picky (and we travel to this sort of hotel often). Easily the best free hotel breakfast we've had.

Would like more pillows, couch wasn't awesomely comfortable (but not awful), would love to see a microwave and potentially a freezer section in the fridge. Last, it would be nice to have a simple bench somewhere outside as a smoking area.

Nice large rooms, free breakfast, lots of parking. Super convenient to Cascades shopping complex and eating locations.

Noisy water pipes coming from neighbors (sounded like the pipes were leaking), and we could easily hear the next door neighbor talking (had an adjoined door/room).

it was nice and clean and in a good location. we got a ADA room because my daughter is in a wheelchair. we loved the room. it had all the necessities that we needed from a bath chair and the beds being a nice height for transferring her. Hannah at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

when we arrived they didn’t have the room we reserved so we had to sleep in a different room for the night which was inconvenient for us, but the next day Hannah at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we were able to get the room we needed.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, enjoyed the pool, and the shuttle service was on time and helpful. Staff was accommodating and prompt on all requests.

There were places in the main hallway of our floor where the carpet was ragged and coming up a bit. The staff, while accommodating was lacking in a certain friendliness, not a lot of smiles.

The location was good. The rooms are spacious. The staff was accommodating & answered are questions.

The light fixture in our room had spider webs & had not been cleaned. The first day the breakfast was very good, however the second morning was unorganized. The food was running out & people waiting in line for a kitchen staff that was either overwhelmed or not organized. There were others that were complaining about the morning breakfast on Sunday.
