My room being close to the elevator. The bed was comfortable.

I am NOT a fan of bathroom vanities being located in the foyer right as you come into the room. The toliet seat was not secured onto the basin itself, and sat cockeyed on it. I did tell the housekeeper about it as I checked out. I also like a bathtub and shower combo. This room only had a shower. The hotel itself, is located right next to a very busy street. Even though I was on the second floor, my room faced the street, and I had to keep the curtains closed as I couldn't walk around nude without wondering if I could possibly be seen by passers-by!!

Hotel and room were very clean and in nice condition. Smelled nice, no cleaning fluid scent- this is important to me. Located on a busy street near the highway but relatively quiet with fan on at night. Bed comfy with nice linens. Shower good size but had to get wet to turn on shower. Breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles, baked goods, oatmeal, cereals, juices, milk and good coffee. The neighborhood is a bit rundown but the hotel feels very safe and secure We walked 4 blocks to a really good Chinese restaurant for Peking duck! Definitely recommend this hotel if you need a good value, comfy stay in NE Portland.

I was pleased with the safety measures in place as the neighborhood was a little questionable. Everything inside seemed newly renovated and our room was really pretty. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. There was a bit of road noise, but we just turned the fan on for the heater/air conditioner and used it as a kind of white noise and slept well. The breakfast choices were great, and coffee was available all day.

A key card is required to get into the lobby-I think a sign on the door stating what to do when you arrive would be good.

Breakfast fine. Staff very nice & friendly. Had free parking. Motels closer to the center mostly had valet parking or inconveniently located pay parking in a nearby lot. We were going to be in & out alot that weekend, so needed free & convenient parking. So it was worth having to drive farther to our activities for that.

Stayed 2 nights. One member of our party couldn't get in her room because key didn't work. Staff spent a long time trying to fix it & brought in maintenance man too. Owner finally came by, knew what was wrong & fixed it. Then next day key to our room stopped working so we had to go to desk & have it reprogrammed. I think the motel was going to compensate the person locked out of her room for several hours, but don't know if that happened.

Breakfast was good. The room was very large, with excellent lighting. The bed was very comfortable, and being on the 3rd floor, we didn't hear any traffic noise. The pool was enjoyable, the hot tub was okay. The exercise room was good. The hotel is very easy to find.

We had to use our room key to get into the hotel in the reception area. This was a bit annoying when we were using the luggage carts, but I understand that this provided extra security for us.

we were very comfortable and happy. Everything was clean, the staff was kind and courteous, the breakfast was good, the beds were comfy, we had everything we needed. we loved the hot tub/pool. and I was glad for the gym.

The area around the hotel wasn’t one where I would go for a walk by myself. I was happy they had the gym and the pool so I could exercise.

With all the frightening news about riots and rampant homelessness in Portland, we were nervous about staying in the city. I was pleased to see very safe looking parking. The staff was very courteous. I was very concerned bout being charged $250 damage deposit as I have stayed in hotels since the 1970s and have NEVER been required to pay ANY damage deposit. In fact, the next day we stayed in The Dalles, OR and they charged ZERO damage deposit. The staff told me that for out of town guests, the damage deposit is only $50 so that was encouraging. I checked my credit card info online and thankfully within 3 days the $50 deposit was refunded back to me.

The covid nonsense has resulted in you closing your pool and only giving very limited breakfast choices. My wife and daughter have gluten and dairy intolerances so they basically could not eat from your limit of 3 breakfast items. Normally I would never go to Portland again because of unsafe conditions. In 2021 there have been 67 murders in Portland and not even one arrest! You have previously had nearly 100 straight days of riots and everywhere you look there are homeless camps and drug addicts walking around in public. We had to go to Portland because our good friends lost their 37 year old daughter and we would not have missed her funeral. If Portland ever changes course and cleans up their act, we will reconsider visiting but not for now.

This is a modern, clean property close to the intersection of two interstate highways, with onsite parking. Although our room faced a highway and light rail line, the sound insulation was good and we could hardly hear the traffic. The lady at the front desk was very helpful.

The neighborhood is not very interesting, although it didn't matter for us.

This is a nice, "business trip" type of place. The hotel looks remodeled and well maintained, rooms are nice and spacious. The rooms are surprisingly quiet, considering the proximity of the airport and a busy street.

Location is a bit out of the way in a residential area.

The breakfast had anything you could ask for or think of and was very good! We got a king bed and our room was spacious and offered everything you need in a hotel. It was clean and organized. I was satisfied with the quality of this hotel and would come again.
