It has the most beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel. It is on a lake with ducks, geese, etc. The shuttle service was impressive. The food at the Lake View Bar & Grill is incredible & most delicious. Sarah at the front desk & Jenny in the back provided exceptional customer service. They both made me feel very welcome to stay there while providing top notch service.

The hotel is not walking distance to anything. You must have a car or take the shuttle to the airport for the Max Rail to go anywhere. Absolutely no neighboring shops or restaurants to walk to. Most of the staff were friendly & professional. However, a gal named Michaela at the front desk was neither of those to me. She was rude, dismissive & even hung up on me once when at the airport calling for a shuttle. She gave me attitude the whole time, but I still don't know why.

Room was very comfortable, it was quiet and had all of the amenities. Bed was very comfortable.

Most of all of the staff (including the restaurant) were very friendly and helpful. The afternoon/early evening desk clerk on April 8th or 9th, the white female clerk was not helpful and was borderline rude. We asked for more coffee and creamer. She pointed to their location and we went over to get some. My girlfriend asked about a bag to use and she rudely said "there's a cup over there, just use the cup". It would not have been any issue if she would have at least appeared helpful or had some concept of customer communication. Not a big deal but she probably communicated the same apathy to others.

Stayed over for early morning flight

All good for the for early morning flight - Parking not ideal - It seems many people stay thast are not hotel residents

What can I say, I do not think that there are enough words! Arrived at noon and asked to leave my bags so I could just walk around the lake and get some air. A combination of snow and feeling unsafe in the city meant I had nothing to really do before I flew the following day. The guys on reception not only checked me in early, but upgraded me to a king sized bed for free! The room was exactly what I wanted, it was homely and comfortable with all the amenities, and WARM. This was something a high end competition in the city failed miserably on. The staff were all friendly, I booked my air port bus ride, it felt very safe for a solo traveller and the food and drink at the restaurant was amazing. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough with the care that they give to travellers.

That I did not stay here for the whole week and drive into the city.

The building was clean and presentable. I also felt secure because it was gated. And our stay, although short It was quiet and our room spacious. Most of the customer service was friendly, but I understand that it was a busy weekend.

I would like to have my room clean on a daily basis without having to request it. I believe it should be part of the experience, especially if my stay lasts more than a day. We did enjoy our stay although we couldn't join the early breakfast because the hours from 4:30 to 6:30 didn't agree with my sleep schedule...

We stayed here during the great Southwest Airlines Debaucle of 2022. Our flight home to Vegas was cancelled and we had to wait 4 days to catch another flight. The staff is very nice. On our second night at the hotel, the folks above us must have been drunk because they were banging around and making a ton of noise, screaming, and crying at midnight on a workday. We let the staff know, and the noise stopped. The shuttle drivers were prompt and on time. Breakfast in the Restaurant was delicious.

There is no hot tub. The ATM was not working during our stay. Our dinner was awful. I ordered the Fish and Chips, which were overcooked, but the water was good. We did not complain about the food.

Was stuck in Portland at the airport, and flight was delayed, so I grabbed something to eat . They bumped up the time, so I missed flight, but my luggage went. Got a room, and Radison picked me and p gave me a care package. I went up to my nice room with a sitting room. Took a hot bath and went to bed in a comfy bed. Radfison took me back to the airport. Made my disaster a little bit better.

Doors slam too hard and woke me up a couple of times.

Location was near to Cascade Station that houses shops from Starbucks to Target to Panda Express to IKEA. You name it and it is there. The hotel staff was courteous. The environment was peaceful and clean. Exactly what we had wished for.

The Wifi could have been better. Also even though I was not charged for parking because of the length of my stay I wish it was free for anybody staying in the hotel even for short duration of time.

Staff very good accommodating my requests, very responsive and friendly. Clean. Occasional noise from the airport is not too bad, as this hotel is not right next to the airport. Otherwise remarkably quiet (A/C, guests). Reasonable parking fees. Also good value compared to the others similar. For me another bonus is the ability to open the window. Good location: not busy neighborhood, close to freeways.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was big, and it had a big and very comfy bed, great AC unit, and it was very clean. I had a very pleasant stay.

There was a slight issue with the toilet where it got clogged the first day of my stay, probably from the guests staying there before, but the repair guy came and fixed it very quickly.
