Staff was pleasant, location was OK, for being able to access the airport, and other Portland attractions, but the surrounding neighborhood did not feel safe. The restaurant had good food, but was a bit pricey.

We had asked for 2 rooms together and were told that the hotel was booked and that was not possible. It appeared there was something wrong with the room that was next door to one of our rooms, and there was an odd smell emanating from that room. Breakfast was fair to mediocre. Everyday options included diy waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and toast. One day a fritatta, and home fry potatoes was an option, the next was biscuits and gravy with hard boiled egg as an option. Nothing amazing, but not horrible either. The kids enjoyed breakfast, and being able to have breakfast in their room one day.

2 paid dinners: good quality and taste. Satisfying breakfasts. Room clean and comfortable with wide-screen television, very large bed, clean linen. The Shuttle Service to and from the Portland airport were friendly and efficient.

Upon arrival at the Portland airport, the reception number kept us on hold for 30 minutes before telling us the phone number for the shuttle service to your hotel. I was surprise that there was no handicap handle at the back of the bath tub. With knee replacement, I felt very insecure getting into a steep tub, when I am used to a walk-in shower.

Basic but fairly spacious room right next to the airport. Free shuttle at 11:30pm was a pleasant bonus. The included breakfast didn't have a great number of options but it was good - cereal/yogurt, bagels/bread, egg/bacon, waffles. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. Late checkout at noon! - even though we had to leave earlier than that, it was nice not to be kicked out by the maids while still in the bathroom.

The bathroom sink is in the room. It wasn't a huge problem but a bit of a shock to be brushing teeth next to a TV. Carpet - why do hotels have carpets?

We stayed here for one night one week previous to this stay, and this time it was much better because of the room we got This time we got a room with wooden flooring, making it much easier to keep clean for them. The room looked very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We used the airport shuttle that the hotel provides and it was very convenient. Only thing is that I scheduled it the night before and checked in the next morning to confirm it was scheduled and it wasn't. So, I scheduled it again, then 3 hours before the scheduled time I checked again and it wasn't scheduled either. Maybe it was a miscommunication and I should of been more specific and double check the first time I booked it to make sure they have the exact day and time I wanted it for. We had our luggage stored the day of check out because our flight was at night. Also, used the pool and hot tub, which was nice after a whole day of walking. It looked clean, but could use a modern makeover. The night we checked-in we got dinner from their little restaurant, which is just the same room they cook and serve their continental breakfast in. The restaurant was great because it had a good enough variety of food and served alcohol. It was only open till 10pm. We wish it was till at least 11.

Only complaint during this stay is that they didn't serve eggs and sausage for breakfast because the cook called out. They still had everything else, waffles, breads and spreads, yogurt, cereal, oranges, and juices. However, it's inconvenient that the cook called out. I'd hope they would have another cook to come in and cook since an advertised continental breakfast is what draws most people to a hotel.

The bed was super comfortable and clean. Bathroom looked clean as well. It's perfect for a one night stay. They had breakfast in the morning and served scrambled eggs. sausage, variety of breads and spreads, juices, coffee/tea, cereal, oranges, and waffles. It tasted pretty decent. I'd recommend staying here if it's for one night.

This room we received, had carpet in it, and there were some stains on it. We stayed in another room here a week later, that had regular flooring and it was much nicer. Maybe they're making the rooms more modern and haven't gotten to all of them? I'm not sure, but it would be nice to get rid of the carpet.

This particular hotel was located in a cluster of other hotels. An easy walk to food, sporting centers, shopping, AMC movie theatre and free parking. The manager stretched by offering to put my car fob in the hotel safe while I traveled a few days and then returned for another hotel stay. Shuttle drivers outstanding! Manager has obvious strong customer skills and front desk people work in earnest: Randy, Lynette to name a couple. Thank you!

Fitness room very small and had no ventilation. Would suggest a larger space, including a spinning bike and more room for stretching including yoga/stretching mats.

When I got there I was exhausted and had been lost and in traffic for over an hour. Jessie greeted me and made me feel like everything would be ok. Said after I got checked in food would probably help and they had an excellent restaurant on site then I could relax in my room or enjoy the indoor pool. I said I was worried about getting to airport early to return car and said I could return it tonight and he would pick me up and take me to airport in morning and I wouldn’t have to deal with rental car. This is all before I even got to my room which was already cool, clean and large… I’ve stayed all over the United States and just left the beach and paid almost triple what I paid here for a lot less. I would highly recommend this place to any traveler .. just don’t get in 5:00 traffic and miss your turn!

Nothing… perfect!

Really liked the location. The shuttle to and from the airport was great but my friend also found it very easy to pick up and return the rental car from the airport that we used during our trip. Breakfast was very good with the usual waffles and also oatmeal, eggs, meat, yogurt and pastries.

I slept in a fairly comfy chair during the first time that we stayed there (after our flight in) and a very comfortable sofa when waiting to fly home but my friend noted that the king sized bed on our last night was very uncomfortable compared to the queen she had slept in earlier. The restaurant prices were a little high for the type of food offered.

The room was nice and it was clean. It had a refridgerator, microwave and a desk. Very close to the airport and the pool and facilities were nice and well kept. There is coffee in the lobby at all times, important if you are traveling. The breakfast had eggs, bacon, waffels, bagels, cereal and fresh fruit. The breakfast area was kept clean even during the rush times. If you like golf, there is a golf course nearby. In a quite area. Airport shuttle was easy to take. The staff was friendly and helpful to us.

The bed was a little firm for us, but for most would be soft enough. Our view was of the parking lot. Staff talking about visitors while in the lobby, can be overheard from elevators.

The hotel is conveniently located within 5 min shuttle ride from the airport, if you need a ride from the airport, you need to call the front desk and they will send a shuttle that stops on Island 1 across the arrivals. The room is clean and modern, there are USB plugs on the lamps, bed and mattresess are comfortable.

Breakfast has quite a limited selection - just sausages, fried eggs, toast and cereal/milk/orange juice, nothing else. There is a nightly fee to park your car. If you are staying overnight only and take or drop the rental car, you can save on parking fees by dropping off the car the previous night (if you have a flight the next morning) or taking a shuttle to the hotel, staying overnight, check out and go back to the airport to pick up the rental (if you stay overnight only and pick up the rental car next morning).
