I give this hotel my highest recommendation. Both of us have stayed at between 2 and 5-star hotels, and we were impressed. The room was HUGE with full size refrigerator and freezer, porcelain dishes, glasses made of...glass, coffee maker, full-size microwave, and even an oven and cooking burner. My favorite was the privacy curtain between the double queen beds and the couch/kitchen/bath area. Besides that, storage was incredible: multiple drawers, underspaces into which one could put suitcases or other bulky items such as strollers, and shelves to hold items such as wallets and purses or clothing. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Front desk was consistently kind and helpful.

These were only small things: Only one regular coffee packet in the room; a "fresher" breakfast would be nice vs. premade breakfast sandwiches that one microwaves, and more fruit; and the minor hassle of $10 per night parking requiring taking a ticket to open the gate when coming in and validating that ticket on one's way out to get out of the parking lot. This "wait" in line at the desk for ticket validation could cancel one's ability to leave quickly in the morning.

The location was convenient.

There was a info folder in the room that stated you would not pay for parking. We paid the room and it never stated anywhere as we were renting it or after the fact that we would be charged $7.00 for parking. At check in there was a typed up sign that there was a $7 parking charge. Seemed shady and maybe even a scam (I took a picture of it as well as the folder saying no charge for parking if you guys need to see it in case it is a scam.) Otherwise we would have been very happy with the stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice my room was. It was really nice having a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. I was able to purchase microwave meals in the lobby of the hotel and use the dishes in the kitchen to eat my dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. Plenty of storage for my clothes. Nice large screen smart tv. Packets of sanitizer toweletts left under the tv to wipe off the remote. Free shuttle service to the airport that ran every 20 minutes - this was very convenient! Staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Portland!

We really loved and appreciated how clean and modern the room was we will definitely stay again whenever where in the PDX/Vancouver area.

Took 2 stars off only because we were charged twice. I mentioned to the gal at the front desk that I had already paid thru Booking.com and even tried to show her my proof of payment from my phone but she didn’t want to see my receipt and said if anyone books thru a 3rd party the room is only reserved, credit cards are never are charged and pay upon check-in. I didn’t appreciate that at all. Had to call Booking.com and they contacted Hilton in which they had to do some research on their end and did agree I shouldn’t have been charged. Booking.com was the one who issued me a refund thank you very much thus minus the 2 stars.

Everything was perfect!!!!the Staff was so friendly!!! I felt safe!!! Love that you have to use a key to get up to our room!! Pool was Amazing!!! food was Great. My mane was on the TV as a Greeting so fun!!! value was great!! we will be back for sure!!!

I wish the pool was open later

I booked my suite on very short notice because of a major snow and ice storm approaching. I was supposed to fly out the next day. In the morning I discovered that my flight had been cancelled. I attempted to get on an earlier flight but there was no way to get to the airport because of the snow and ice. The shuttle was stuck in the snow and Uber and Lyft had no drivers available. I had already checked out, but the wonderful front desk staff was able to get me back in to the room I had just left. This was on a Saturday! Within minutes the hotel was sold out because of all of the stranded travelers. I was also very pleased with the room itself. It was very comfy and cozy. It had a great little kitchenette with everything I needed including a good size refrigerator / freezer. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless! I was very pleasantly surprised!

I only have 2 very small complaints. I was next to the elevator and I could hear everyone talking in the halls and doors slamming. Since I was pretty much snowbound, no restaurants or stores nearby, and with no delivery options available, food could have been an issue. Luckily I had brought some leftovers and lots of snacks. They have a very small snack store and I did buy some things from it. They had some Lean Cuisines and some other frozen foods. I did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfasts.

Bed Comfortable, very clean, place and room beautiful!!!!!!!

very disappointed that Pool and hot tub not working because if I had know I would have chosen to stay else where! I also don't feel like I should have to pay for validation to park as we pay a lot for the Hotel. :(

I love the cleanliness of it!!! I love that My Name is on the TV for a welcome! I love the Kitchen in our room very comfy bed!

Pool should stay open all the time 24/7/Why should I pay for parking as we choose this spot :(

Large room, large TV, comfortable bed. Nice size fridge. Plenty of dishes and dishwasher.

No cooktop or oven. Thought it was full kitchen. Paid for parking because near the airport which I didn’t realize would be the case. Breakfast in a box. Nothing fancy.

our Uber /Lyft had to get out of their vehicles to have their cards validated or had to pay to get out.
