Excellent customer service! Staff is friendly and always willing to help/accomodate you. Perfect location close enough to my mom to where we could easily help her take care everything after my dad's passing (he died 1/10 which is why we stayed at a motel). Needless to say it was a hard time for everyone. We got snowed in for a week, but it was super comfy here. No complaints! Love this place. Thank you so much!!!!

I'm confused by the poor reviews of this hotel as the only complaint I have is that the ice machine wasn't working. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked fine, and the shower was particularly powerful. It's good value and in a reasonable location within a mile from downtown, with a couple of restaurants closer.

The location left something to be desired but at least it’s relatively easy to find
The maintenance guy came to my room to fix a bent bar on the towel rack. I’m doing so he broke the bat clean in half. He said that he would make sure that the managers knew it was him so I wouldn’t lose my deposit. Yet I still lost my deposit. Never again Knight's Inn

Both business and pleasure , needed some repairs on counter top in bathroom .. but as a whole it was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you . 👍

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and very quiet. The managers and housekeeping are great, very friendly, and they keep everything at the property very clean and nice. I appreciate a clean and quiet place to stay.

Not the best neighborhood since it's close to a residential neighborhood and used to be a crime area.

Ok beds, just a bit too squeaky and hard for my liking. New towels and linens Water pressure good. Room was clean
No coffee in room or front office. No toiletries. A few sketchy folks wandering in parking lot.

It was not plush, but comfortable, and had all i needed. It was clean. For the price compared to the local options, i felt it was a good value. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
