Very friendly and helpful staff! Bianca should be commended and honored for going above and beyond to help and comfort me. She is a GREAT asset to your establishment. At my check in, we were late getting checked in, Mable was excellent and quickly brought up a roll away bed. I had lost one of my adult kids and they gave me a later checkout. A front desk clerk sat with me and comforted me while I waited to hear back from others looking for him. The pool and hot tub were really nice to use with plenty of towels available.

For the cost of the room for 4 nights, $1200, there should have been a continental breakfast provided!!! Lousy parking. Slow draining bathtub. In 2017 we had a mini kitchen in our room but this time that wasn't an option.

So this was a trip that I booked for my mom and her friend. My mom has suffered 3 strokes in a span of 13 months I contacted the hotel after booking to make sure they would not have any trouble with the check in process. Not only did they not have trouble they were well taken care of. The staff took care of them and I want to thank Michael and Ulrick(hope I spelled that right) who took very good care of them enough so they adopted them as grandson's lol. They really made their trip. The view was good and the guy who does the big bubbles was right in front of the hotel. They can't wait to return and I'm excited to stay there myself. I can't say enough about this hotel and their staff. It is a must stay when in Seaside Or.

Everything. Excellent staff, front desk extremely customer focused. Extremely clean room and facility. Really enjoyed the Ocean Cafe ... excellent food, reasonable prices. Location ... on the beach (terrific view, walk a few feet and there's the beach/ocean), close proximity to yhe small/cute Aquarium, food/restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Very Pet friendly. BTW .... the winter storms made unbelievable waves that roared onto the beach. Great pictures of the extreme power of nature. The pounding surf made it easy to sleep at night

The sudden, unexpected, and extremely rare snowstorm. Rain and cold we expected (its February), but hail, ice and snow ... nope. The good news is that we got to stay one more day/ night, so it turned out alright. Staff were very accommodating and took good care of us.

View was great, room was as expected with a REAL queen sized murphy mattress for the kids to share instead of a double or full. kitchenette had enough space for us to make some simpler meals between soccer matches but there were pots and pans if I wanted to get more into it.

No AC but it was right on the beach and not hot enough to need it while we were there. overhead fan worked out nicely. Be prepared for sand everywhere, but they provide a nice broom and the floors are laminate instead of carpet thank goodness.

Our room was really spaces, clean and had an excellent view. It was quiet, we were very surprised the difference a few blocks down the beach from the promenade or turn around made. This will be our new go to place to stay.

I booked online and had to call the motel to make sure the room allowed pets. When I was told it did not they were able to change the booking to a room that did accept pets. I am still not sure if I got the online price of $750 for our stay or not. We decided to stay an extra day and when we checked out they only gave us the paperwork for the extra day, not for the 3 days we originally book for.

the room was spacious, the pool was great, the staff were both friendly and courteous and offered their assistance any time we were wondering around.

the cost for the room seemed on average on the high end especially when we didn't even have oceanfront. $629 for 2 nights is pretty high in this economy. Understand that everything is higher in cost, this just was a huge difference from some of the others I looked at.

Room was nice, it had a balcony and good view of the ocean even though they said it was partial view. The bed was comfortable.

The seagulls started making noise at 6am and woke us up. that is because some guest feed them when there is a sign on the balcony that says not to feed them. This is not a fault of the hotel but the guest. Overall I would stay here again.

The gentleman checking us in must have been new, but had a lot of trouble checking us in. And a lot of trouble checking us out as well. There was a wind storm overnight and we woke up to a bunch of what looked like insulation that had blown out of a vent I to the bathroom all over the counter and sink, so we were unable to use the counter area or sink. Otherwise, when we arrived it was very clean.

What I like most was the location, being so close to the beach. the staff I interacted was pleasant and professional.

It would be nice if the doors leading to the rooms had some device so that it would automatically open up to have deal with luggage and to struggle with the doors was frustrating. It's probably not customary to provide plates, silverware, but it would be a bonus. I usually stay at a timeshare, so I forgot hotels don't provide those types of amenities, but it would be nice.

With all the dogs onsite, only saw one mess. Room upgrade was nice, the added welcome in the room for my mom and her birthday was nice.

I still don't value the stay at the cost I paid. At $2,000 for 2 rooms for two night I would of rather got an air bnb. I value the stay at half that price. My 2 year old child was also able to fit thru and under the railing, might want to double check that is up to code.
