I liked the selection of oatmeal, fruit, and bread. The staff was friendly and responsive in a timely manner. Our room was huge and nicely laid out. This was one of the quietest hotels I’ve been to. The continuous fan option helped a lot. We were right next to the elevator and ice machine and weren’t bothered by the noise at all. We loved the outdoor fire pits.

I would have liked to have had alternative milk such as almond, oat, or soy. I wish our room had a window that opened to let in fresh air as it was pretty stuffy. A kitchen would have been a nice bonus.

The staff were super friendly and worked really hard. The lobby and breakfast area looked really clean and welcoming. The room we had was great - two big king beds. Breakfast was nice and the lady working there was on it!

The pool could have been less cloudy and the edges mopped down better. The same clump of hair was on the side of the pool the first day we were there and was there on the last day. I can imagine the staff were stretched thin - everyone was working super hard. It didn't put us off using the pool though. I would definitely come back but next time we'd probably prefer a room that was on another level and away from the side door as there was a lot of banging at all hours during the night. We had brought a sound machine for our kids and we're glad that we did as it didn't wake them up. It did wake my husband and I though.

Breakfast was great and had a large variety, staff was nice, main bed in the room was comfortable, good location, lots of parking.

Pool area was dirty (bandaids, eyelashes, trash) it stayed there for 2 days, hot tub was broken while we were there, 2nd bed in our room was extremely old and uncomfortable (felt springs through the thin mattress), tvs in the room were old and small.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They are centrally located in Seaside. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were so comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were amazing after a long day's hike. Next time we're in Seaside, we are definitely staying here again!

great location all of the employees were helpful and did a great job.

manager wanted to argue with me when I asked to have the room turned down because of hairs on the bed. The room was $310 a night. Both of the counter employees seemed like they didn’t care for the manager when she tried to deflect cleaning the room.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were modern, clean, (sparse, which is a plus for us. Easy to keep clean. Breakfast area was well maintained. The room had 2 king beds!

The elevator was a bit frightening. The toilets were tempremental on flushing.

Booking.com offered a room they didn't have. When i presented to check-in, they had to give me a different room without the view i wanted. Staff did great at explaining and being apologetic and offering options. We were not the only ones that it happened to as well. I heard 3 other customers walking in who ran into the same.issue. We made it work but it was not a great start to my anniversary weekend. I will not book through Booking.com again.

Staff and building were outstanding. Very friendly and modern upgrades. Breakfast was delicious even worth waiting for more good to be made.

Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel to stay at. Would have really liked the hot tub to be operational.

Location and Cleanliness…

Had problems with tv working in Living Room and it seem as if someone was opening the door when at another room… 11:00 AM Checkout I thought it was two rooms suite with a door separating Bedrooms.
