great location, pool, fireplace and balcony views, cozy living room. Room has plenty of table games, beach toys and couple of beach chairs.

Please wash the blue cover from the chair on main picture, it's quite dirty. There can be some noises in the bedroom from garbage chute.

There was breakfast? Didn't know about that. To help with energy efficiency, should install thermal insulated drapes. Chilly if fire place wasn't running. Huge draft coming from bottom of front door. The plastic door guide in shower was gross, needs to be cleaned or replaced. Directions for use of shower, couldn't figure it out, no biggie. Throughly enjoyed the room. We'll equipped, supplied. Mattress a little soft for me but still comfortable. Thank you to the host, mentioned to him that due to the incoming bad weather, I would have to leave a day early. He was very concerned and was very understanding, said to me as I dropped my keys off, to travel safe. And hope to see you back. I will, enjoyed the stay.

Just to add heavier drapes for energy, heat retention, door draft stopper, vent fan, checking the grout, some mold starting and the shower door guard was gross. How to use the shower. Maybe grab bars. Hard to get out of tub.

We liked how close it was to the beach. Also we could walk everywhere we needed to go. Parked our car and only drove it once during our stay.

The water was hard to regulate at times.

Plenty of space for my family of 4. We enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen. It was such a treat to enjoy the balcony. We drank hot tea and watched the tide come in.

The beds were a little soft for my liking but we are use to a very hard mattress.

It was awsome. We stayed in one that was close to elevators which was great w a 2 year old n grandma. We had a partial ocean view amazing. Also liked the electric fireplace.

The only thing was the hide a bed was broken.

It was in a good location to see the ocean.

The carpet was very stained It needs a good cleaning.

The location is great, right by the beach and the downtown area.

The building is older and it shows. The unit is in desperate need of updating, and the carpet in the living room is disgusting, very dirty and stained which is not great, especially when you have a 2 year old that likes to play on the floor. The elevators are on the other side of the bedroom and you can hear it every time the elevators open and close. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway. Overall, not the best experience.

Beds were not good, below average. One is too soft, the other is too hard. Placement of toilet paper in bathroom ,,, you have to stand up and then turn around to get to it and use it, This is just plain stupid. Furniture is uncomfortable, and lighting is either all on or all off. No light for the dining table area. Couch and chairs sit low, offer no support, are too soft and uncomfortable.
