We stayed by the separate river part of the property. The location was terrific to the central district of Seaside. Although we were there only for 1 night and did not get over to the beach, it was also very close to that area, too. Parking was ample. The room was super clean, and the balcony was great to sit out in and decompress after a long drive. The larger room refrigerator and freezer was great to store all of our travel foods.

Not the properties fault but roadwork that created a gravel section right next to the bridge over the river and right next to the hotel was noisy at night until 12 mid-night with several cars and trucks deciding not to obey the sped zone on the area. I would assume that problem will disappear after that road work is completed.

Everything was fine. I'm not used to summer beach prices, so the room cost seemed a bit high, but we enjoyed everything. Kitchenette and dishes/cutlery/fridge were great to have.

TV with two remotes was problematic. Got super help from the front desk, but I bet that's a pain having to help a lot of people. TV operation needs to be simplified for the sanity of all involved. You provide shampoo. Why not conditioner? Gotta get the soap out! Needed help finding the "secret" lock at the top left of the sliding glass door. Put a little note in the room somewhere -- maybe even on the door frame.

I enjoyed the outside layout, as well as the jetted tub, would recommend again! Inn is situated really close to Broadway, and other key establishments, I only used my car to get there and again to leave, everything else while on vacation was fully on foot. Plenty of room storage, and mini fridge as well as microwave were in working order. Lamps were nice with easy access outlets on both sides. Staff were amazing and even helped me out after my phone demagnetized my card keys

While wifi is free, it can be spotty, this also effects the TV performance, although I found it to work well enough. Fairly uneven floor in the bathroom, like in an "am I gonna go through the floor" kind of way. DON'T STORE YOUR ROOM KEY NEAR YOUR PHONE! (you will demag your key, causing it to not work)

The room was very clean and spacious with nice colorful decor. It had everything we needed; a small fridge, microwave, comfortable beds, separate area for getting ready, a separate bathroom and shower, as well as plenty of space for our belongings. My son enjoyed the Netflix and Disney Plus. It was very conveniently located near a grocery store, take out food, the downtown area, etc. It was very easy to find and navigate to and from. Cannon Beach was a short drive away. The two staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff did a great job. I would stay there again without hesitation.

I always enjoy my stay here due to its proximity to the beach and downtown Seaside, as well as it being budget friendly! Rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. I loved that there was Netflix available, a large, flat screen, smart TV, fairly high-speed Wi-Fi, spacious counter space in the kitchenette, and I did not hear one peep from my neighbors! Thank you once again for the great stay!

There was only one thing that could be an inconvenience-- it wasn't for me since I am a solo traveler, but it is a warning to couples... If you decide to get this room due to the spa tub, just know that it is a SINGLE tub, which is much too small for two people. The photos that Oyo has displayed for this room are actually photos of the spa tub for the river king suite. Pictures are below ( or above depending on where booking decides to place them.)

It was great! The room was surprisingly fantastic! when they say kitchen they mean it. there was a fridge and a stove, toaster, dishwasher with pots and pans and dishes in small amounts. the bed was very comfy and the water got very hot.

The water got very hot quick which is nice but the shower water didn’t stay hot for more than about 10 min. I didn’t mind at all but some cabinets were in bad shape, the sliding door lock was odd, and the bed frame was crooked. if that matters to you then ya. but all in all it was perfect for me and my boyfriend!

The stay was wonderful and for the price was more than worth. The Location is convenient as it was just minutes away from the city center and the beach. The room was highly clean and went beyond my expectations. The small kitchen was more than enough to cook meals and included all the necessary kitchenware to cook.

The shower overall was the only bummer as it gave you about 20 min of hot water. The way the shower was built caused water to go all over the floor of the bathroom. I would recommend installing a sliding door to prevent this problem and maybe getting a bigger boiler to allow more hot water.

This little hotel is amazing for the price. My room had a great view of the river. Despite not being the closest to the beach or main attractions, the town is so small, you won’t even notice your staying a block down from the pricier hotels. for the price I would definitely book again.

my window didn’t close super well, which I didn’t mind. There is no AC but your unlikely to ever need it. The bathroom is simple, and not very modern, but has everything you really need.

The King bed was super clean and long bathtub with jets was relaxing. It had a microwave and small fridge but no kitchenette like some of the rooms there have. Nice flat screen with multiple channels to choose from. We got a board game from the office and played Yahtzee. This is the 2nd time in a year we have stayed and like it here.

We did not have a shower curtain in our room(I feel they cleaned and forgot to put back up ) and our window faced an apartment complex so we could not enjoy opening the curtains. (Rm27).

I love the location of the property. Just walk over the bridge and you’re right at the beach just a few minutes to all the restaurants and bars property is very clean and very safe. I noticed there was quite a few reviews about the AC. I cannot stand a hot room and this property I could not complain about it being too hot. You can open the window and the balcony door, as well as there is a fan and it is perfect.
