pet friendly with clean and comfortable beds. full kitchen had all we needed.had a problem with shower and they were very responsive. I made a mistake with booking and able to stay an extra day but in a different room and they let us move in as soon as room was cleaned. restaurants within walking distance. beds were very comfortable and clean. liked the rocking chairs outside. able to go to Silver Falls and Oregon Garden.

limited parking and no ice machine but they did provide ice from the on site restaurant . property is a bit out of the way from main freeway

The Inn was located in the heart of historic downtown Silverton. The room was charming. The Inn was attached to Magnolia Grill. We had brunch on Sunday morning at the grill. The brisket I had with breakfast was barbequed on the property as we arriving the day before! I will definitely stay here again!

Charming, clean, Victorianesque style rooms with comfortable bed and even though fully booked was extremely quiet. All the staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. I drove up from CA and they called to tell me my room number and how to access since the reception would be closed when I arrived. I enjoyed my first night stay so much that I booked a second night and though I had to switch rooms, they came to give me the new key card and also asked if I needed help as I have a disability. They also welcomed my service dog and the Inn has a handicap parking space. Very convenient. The Inn is centrally located and one can easily walk to the shops and restaurants. Across the street is a park area along the river with chairs, tables and a grassy area to picnic as well as purchase food and beverages from the "food truck stalls" offering Latin American, Russian, Asian and American cuisines. The restaurant at the Inn has a great bar offering an impressive selection as well as they offer "room service"; however, charges must be paid at the restaurant and not charged to your room. If you want to stay in and cook, I was informed that every room has a mini refrigerator and microwave oven and some have a kitchen. A local market Roth's is just about 2 blocks away and offers quite a selection of prepared food as well as high quality meat and seafood. Lastly, I really appreciated that they offered individual packets of make up remover inside the bathroom amenities. In addition, the water pressure was strong and the water was super hot and maintained temperature while filling the bathtub. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and hope to return in the future.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt quite welcome on arrival and my requests (for example for some ice) were easily addressed. I also thought the grounds were well maintained with beautiful flower baskets making what might be a drab parking lot look warm and welcoming. I am also glad I decided to eat at the attached Magnolia Grill. Both meals I had were outstanding with great food and service.

The room was spacious but a bit drab. I was hoping for a comfortable reading chair to sit and read but found the wooden kitchenette chairs not comfortable enough. I also wish I had asked for a second floor room as I was able to hear my (fortunately quiet quiet) upstairs neighbors moving around their room.

It was a great setup for me and my family. Rarely do you see a big giant king size bed with a kitchen and a balcony and then a bedroom for our daughter with a queen bed! Comfy beds too they

The only thing I'd probably want to say negatively is the room lacked kitchen items. No coffee. No forks. No toilet paper. It could have used a few things. Bowls utensils, spatulas, scrapers, etc. It's a full kitchen, so I'd make sure it's had these things. The shower did not have any water pressure. Also it's the end unit and I think it would have been terrific -- even though we had a back porch -- to have chairs on the front porch too. Especially since the couch was sort of not comfortable or in the middle of a living room or anything. You couldn't watch TV on it or hang out. I'd stay in the room again though.

Great location, easy walking to the main shops in town. Room was outstanding in every respect. Did not interact in person with anyone although the fella on the phone was super - he actually called me to make sure everything was ready for our arrival. Suggest bypassing attached restaurant (good "fine food" but way overpriced) and go to Mac's Place or other places in a 2 or 3 minute walk distance. Nice friendly town. If I were to move this is one town I would strongly think about.

Attached restaurant could be a lot more family friendly and more reasonably priced.

Absolutely the best location for so many activities to partake in. Check this out, you will love the ombiance of the rooms. Take a liesurely stroll around this quaint, friendly community and try the local cuisine, bakeries and pubs. Don't forget a stroll to see all the murals on the outside of the buildings. Great history lesson for a delightful community 👍

The space of the room, coffee press and extra towels along with the kitchenette and personal touches. My request to check in early was granted and to check out a bit late, thank you.

There was no one at the front desk and no calls were answered. When we returned we had to park on the street (we are aware of the limited parking). I received a call close to 6:00 that I was not checked in yet, I had already checked in which lead to confusion regarding my reservations. There was no breakfast and coffee was not good in the room.

Location was great, walked the town, close to pubs, restaurants, stores, coffee shops, park.. Cute decor. Staff friendly, helpful and attentive. Room very large, great beds, with full kitchen.

No way to open blinds to let natural light in, people walking by the window. No view. Felt claustrophobic. Need more utensils in kitchen.

Location was good. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Full-sized coffee maker and electric kettle in room.

Granted, I chose the room that was priced lower than most of the others. I'm sure the other rooms didn't have most of these problems. No hot water in bathroom sink. Sound from room next door. Could really have used an extra blanket. Only window was high in the wall and mostly blocked by an air conditioner.
