Holiday Inn - Allentown I-78 & Rt. 222, an IHG Hotel

A lot of restaurants & shopping in the area so very good location with a lot of options. Very clean rooms & exceptional staff. Breakfast was restaurant style and was delicious even the kids loved it!

There’s no washer and dryer on site which makes it extremely hard for extended stay people/families to wash their clothes. Had to find a laundromat in the area so no big deal. The pool was overly cleaned and had my family smelling like straight bleach even after showering. bleached my bathing suit top as well. Not sure how safe that is for you but kids still had a blast in the pool.

I paid for a Room for 3 Adults and 1 Child. I paid a Higher Rate to have Breakfast Included. then when I checked in they said Breakfast was not not for Two. very bad practice and poor customer service idea. I Paid $ 4.99 for my Wife to have a Cappuccino. it was Half a Mug and Lousy besides. She Poured most of it down the Drain. also had to pay extra for her Meal. The Food was very Good. BUT

The room was nice and clean as always this my go to hotel out Allentown. Had a blast at the pool with my girlfriend and her niece. Pool hours 10am-10pm which was dope. The air and heat work great!! I love the Stand up shower. King Bed was comfortable is hell comes with sofa bed outlets all over the room. The price is worth it

The manager and Jo were amazing, so were the staff in the kitchen. They made my stay a total joy.

Karen was my least favorite thing about my stay. She didn’t take care of anything I requested minus the towels. She did give me new ones but the left the used ones outside my door for most the day. It was embarrassing for my guess to see how long she took. Aside from her, I would definitely go back.

This hotel was pretty spotless and the room size was very spacious. Location is a quick ride from gas, grocery stores and easy, casual eating places. Front desk staff was friendly and cheerful. Room was well equipped with amenities, fridge, microwave etc etc...Felt very safe staying there on my own and would boom again if need be!

The number of issues i had were minimal and could have been averted had I asked honestly: room was noisy due to being near a high traffic road, and my reservation booking stated there would be a bathtub (which I was really looking forward to after 7+ hours on the road), but it was only a shower--albeit a nice and roomy one!!

The hotel is 5 minutes up the road from Dorney Park. Very clean with spacious rooms. Lobby kept neat and tidy. Nice pool and fitness facilities

Severely understaffed

location was great. clean for the most part. the shower had hair but I clean it. bed was very comfortable. hot shower. quiet and relaxing. nice pool but need some tendering loving care.

the desk clerk said I’m waiting on a customer like I’m not a customer!! poor taste in words. my tv didn’t work.

The hotel was clean 👌 and the location wasn't far from everything we needed at our stay . The staff was on point as well, Nicky was such a gem . .

I didnt like the fact that the electric blinds weren't working , i heard outside traffic, there were noticeable repairs done in the room we stayed in (237) and we were also able to hear our neighbors.

The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

I didn't like that the restaurant was closed and they didn't advertise the breakfast to go very well. And they gave you food that had to be microwaved in your room, I feel like they could have had a microwave avaliable in the lobby area, especially for those late checkouts, when you weren't returning to your room. I walked away with cold food and was not going back to the 3rd floor to heat it up. Also, the morning receptionist was not very friendly and was not available at the desk, for a few minutes. During checkout time, the receptionist should be present at the desk.

The bed and pillows, option to use Keurig, the pool

A stink bug was spotted on the ceiling upon entering the room (no biggie but it was there). At night into the morning I could hear all the big trucks and trailers from the highway! It very much so interrupted my sleep. Crumbs were underneath and beside the microwave. I could not figure out how to open the shades to save my life. At night time the room wasn't able to get fully dark. There was a glow from the window. The water did not get hot and a couple of times it was just cool. The sink's overflow drain looked disgusting.
