The stay, how comfortable the beds were, no noise, the pool area, the staff (especially overnight; he was really nice during check in and answered my questions should've got his name) also all the different light choices in the room; weird maybe, but it was something I liked.

The only thing was that the pool was ice cold and we hand-picked this place, especially for the pool to keep the kids busy, but thank goodness there is a jacuzzi that made up for it a bit. Hahaha.

The front desk staff was always available. Especially the gentleman. I can't believe i forgot his name. He was very kind and professional They were always available for every question or need. Early checkin was available for a small fee. The room was actually surprisingly comfortable and clean. The rug did not smell bad, and the bed was super comfortable The bathroom was clean no bugs. The Tv. Had a problem but front desk came right away to fix it. The pool was big enough for a family or two at a time. The location is a giveaway. For excersize we walked over to the park. The entire walk was maybe 15 mins. They also have a washer and dryer available for a small fee. Super convenient for keeping your clothes clean and dry after a day at the water park.

Sure the place could have a make over. But , To be honest i can't think of anything i did not like. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

Super location. The breakfast was good. The hotel is under renovations in sections so the rooms are updated. No noise or issues from the renovation process.

The mattress needs to be replaced as it had a significant dip in it. I did not mention it to the front desk as I just moved to a different area of the bed.

Booked a room for the week, stayed for a night and had an emergency so I had to check out the next day. Spoke to the manager at the front desk, he was very nice and accommodating plus refunded half of my $$ with no argument whatsoever. Nice clean rooms and very nice people. Definitely would recommend if you’re in the area..

The lobby it scared very dirty. It was filled with the family of the the ones who run it. but the room was nice

Staff and room were great. Location was amazing.

Some of the other guest were a little shady. But, we minded our own business and had no issues

I loved the location. Also the pool was clean. The room was comfortable. The refrigerator was a good size.

I would like if the pool was open later. Also there was a foot or paw print on the wall, like what? The staff could have been friendlier. The breakfast could of had a bit more variety and the coffee was not good.

Convenient. Close to Dorney Park which was the target. Dunkin right across the street as well as pharmacy and supermarkets.

The facilities were a little outdated. Hallways very old looking. Lots of clutter in the hallways as well.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Ketan at the reception, Rishi managing the property and Anthony the housekeeper were super attentive and responsive. We stayed for a day while visiting Dorney park that's walking distance and loved the pool, jacuzzi at the hotel... perfect way to relax.

The rooms need attention. The breakfast needs a few healthy options.

.wish the pool was outside was able to get another pillow we had a smoking room but they would only give us one ashtray n there was damage to the room I would of preferred a better room
